Rated 3 out of 5 by from Crockpot Fan Works great, but the heat indicator is a major distraction. It doesn't matter if you are cooking on high or low, the needle is always pegged to the hot side. Pulled it out this morning and noticed the heating needle was indicating about 1/4 of its indicating range. I still love using though. It is used in cycles of all the time to once in a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought my Crockpot about 10 months ago n I honestly can say that I use it a lot!! I love the look the size n the ease of how to use it. My only problem is I noticed a Crack in the insert n now it leaks. I'm still using it because I love it! Can u help me?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It has a hairline crack in the crock. I use it anyway but am afraid it might crack more and start leaking. Also the rubber around the lid has a place that is crimped. can that be replaced?
