Hello Benny, Thank you for your inquiry about the Crock-Pot® Manual 7-Quart Slow Cooker. This model offers two primary cooking settings: Low and High. The Low setting is ideal for all-day cooking, allowing you to prepare meals over an extended period. The High setting enables faster cooking, reaching the simmer point more quickly. Additionally, some models feature a Warm setting, which is intended for keeping already cooked food at the perfect serving temperature until you're ready to eat. For specific cooking times and temperatures, please refer to your recipe or the instruction manual provided with your slow cooker. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to ask. Thank you! Crock-Pot Consumer Care

Good morning, I have the model SCV700-S-BR, the question is what power does your product work with? Is it 220v or 110v? And if it is 110v, what is the power of the transformer 220 to 110, it must be 100w,200w,300w, etc. which you recommend.

Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us. All CrockPot units operates on a standard 120V AC. In terms of power consumption, our slow cookers are energy efficient, using approximately 45 to 150 watts of electricity on LOW and between 150 and 210 watts on HIGH (which is equivalent to the energy consumption of 2 standard light bulbs). We hope this information proves helpful. If you have any further questions you can reach out to us via https://www.crockpot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat. We are available Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time. Thank you. CrockPot® Consumer Care.
