Care & Maintenance

ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

I’m disappointed that your company doesn’t offer any nice colors in the smaller sizes. Not everyone likes black and white. This color was equally hard to find when I was shopping for my wedding gift list on Amazon. I will have to go to one of your competitors to find one that will come close to matching this one. I cook with it often and I love the color and the simplicity of the manual controls. I prefer your brand for its consistent, dependable quality. Please consider expanding your product line to include more interesting colors. If you did that, I would buy from you rather than from your competitors.

Rated 1 out of 5 by nope nope nope from Where's the replacement broiler found? Purchased this crock-pot Nov. 2024 and it was working perfectly; until today. Just days after the 1 year warranty, the broiler died. Looking for a replacement broiler for my 7 QT Crock-pot (ceramic insert is fine) but can't find the outside broiler replacement anywhere. Would appreciate knowing where to get one of those from.

The Low and High settings both stabilize at 209&deg;F. For the Low setting it takes 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point while the High seting takes 3-4 hours to reach the simmer point. 
 
The Low setting is ideal for all-day cooking, allowing you to prepare meals over an extended period. The High setting enables faster cooking, reaching the simmer point more quickly.
