OK but not he best
Got this as a Christmas gift and its OK, not the best crock pot I have ever had. This unit gets WAY to hot, even on low. I have never ever in my life burnt a meal in a crock pot until using this one. Everything needs to be cooked on low and the suggested cook time decreased. The warm setting actually seems to be higher than the low one. My soup started boiling after being set to warm. The plastic clamps on the lid are very weak. I have used it twice with no issues, but he third time i tried to lock the lid one of the plastic brackets snapped in half...I definitely will not be buying another of this model once this one needs to be replaced (which, at this rate, will prob be very soon).

TERRIBLE
I received this crock-pot as a wedding shower gift. To say I am HIGHLY disappointed is an understatement. Everything I have cooked in this crock-pot ends up burnt! I thought I would give it another chance today. MISTAKE. My husband came home on lunch and I asked him to check the beef stew I put in on LOW (10Hr) this morning. He called to tell me that it is burnt!!! I have made pork chops, they burnt. I have made a pot roast, it burnt, and now the beef stew is ruined. I am very unhappy with this product. I have had to throw away so much food due to this crock-pot that the crock-pot itself is going in the trash today.

Loved mine- but I can't find a replacement ceramic
I have two of these units, I loved my first one so much I got a second one for Thanksgiving this past year to make holiday prep easier. Well... Come New Years, my fiancé was helping with the dishes and dropped one of the ceramic inserts on our tile floor. I was bummed out but mistakes happen. Tonight my Boxer dog yanked the other one off the counter while I was sleeping! Dog is fine, but Crock Pot insert and lid are broken. Can I please purchase replacement ceramic inserts and a lid? I can't find them anywhere! I love these units so much for home cooking and potlucks at work, I need my crock pot back!!! Please help. Thanks Crock Pot!

Not the best. Disappointed!
I've always trusted the Crock-Pot brand. I bought this, a year ago and have had problems ever since with it. The "Low" setting acts more like "extra, extra HIGH". It will literally boil water, fast. I've had to play around with it and schedule meals and cook times appropriately. I would NOT trust this thing on it's own- even programmed while I am away from my home. It gets hotter than heck on the lowest setting... Like I said. I've never even had to use the high setting, as I am now paranoid. Take note, and prepare yourself if you decide to purchase this particular one!!!

Freaking Awesome!!!
i'm a single guy and I've heard people talk about crockpots. I decided to get one hoping I would use it once or twice a month. After researching features I settled on this one.I have had it almost a year and use it once to twice a week!! I was so impressed with it I sent my little sister one too. This is a great product and is very well-made. The ability to adjust the time in 30 minute increments is a big plus! It's amazing how easy it is to throw meal together and have it ready when you get home!! Easy use and easy to clean! I tell people about it all the time! Buy this one, you won't be sorry

Not up to Crock-Pot standards
Attn: Crock-Pot people: I bought this just yesterday and after waiting on hold this morning for 8+ minutes to ask some questions about this pot, the rep said she could not talk to me unless I gave her my name, which seems ridiculous since all I wanted was to ask some questions.
Review: The insert is too small for the outside, which allows it to move side to side entirely too much. The lid doesn't fit well because it's not the same shape as the insert! It appears to be a one-lid-fits-various-models lid. Or else it's the wrong lid entirely. I've owned Crock-Pot brand slow cookers since forever it seems (married 48 years) and this one feels cheap compared to my current 4 qt crock.

unable to use
We asked for and received this crock-pot for Christmas. The first time we used it, we noticed that when we turned it from high to medium that the contents continued to boil, even after an hour. We thought maybe it was a fluke and tried it again. We turned from high to warm after a couple hours and came back 45 minutes later to find the contents still boiling. We thought it must be a flaw with this one unit, but after coming on to the website, I'm seeing that this must be a manufacture error because many reviews state the same issue. I would not recommend this crock pot. We are unable to return it from where it was purchased (because of the lapsed time from purchase to use and discovering it is bad). We will be throwing this practically new appliance away.

Way too hot
I must agree with those that find this cooks too hot. I've never used above the "low" setting and the food is constantly burning. It keeps cooking--actually cooking--on the "keep warm" setting. In fact, this morning I tried cooking clotted cream on "keep warm" and after an hour or so it was boiling and scorched. Bummer.
