Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty. See Instruction Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 3 out of 5 by from slightly disappointed After reading all reviews, figured it was worth a try. I like this pot for many reasons, but it truly does cook high. On low for a recipe that should have taken at minimum 5 hours, it took only 3.5 and it was boiling. My original round crockpot that is about 30 years old does not cook this high. I found a scrape in the glaze so was going to exchange, but I think I will have to return. I cannot expect something to take 8 hours and be done in 5 if I am not at home and just be overcooked. It seems all the newer models of slow cookers (all brands) are having this issue. Adding a medium setting may help spread out the heat settings.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this Bought Oct 2021. Used 6-8 times. No vent release on cover. Today however: beef roast in crock checked it 3 hours later, liquid all over the counter and down onto the hardwood floor-who knows what seeped in between the slats. In course of cleaning went to lift the crock out to assess as smelled burnt. The sides came out and the bottom stayed behind with my roast. Waste of a nice roast & who knows on damage to floor. Looking at recent reviews show similar issues. This is junk, run the other way. Have used slow cookers for decades-one that is 20-25 years old and works. This one almost became a fire hazard.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I bought this a week ago. I used it once. I set it to “low” for 6 hours. My food stuck to the bottom. I stirred it a few times (yes, it had plenty of liquid in it. That wasn’t the problem)....the food came out great. So I soaked the stoneware after cooking with it, used dawn dish soap, and lightly washed it using a regular non-abrasive sponge. The food that stuck to the bottom began to come off. But so did the paint of the stoneware....I’ve used it once and it looks likes I’ve had it for years, I’m nervous to cook with it because of the discoloration of the stoneware. Very unhappy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burns or Overcooks Everyrhing I bought this crockpot just over a year ago and I’m so disappointed. I’ve only used it 4-5 times - once to make Pulled BBQ Chicken, twice to make Chili and 1-2 times to make soup - each time my meal was over cooked or burnt. There does not seem to be a difference between and low and high setting. Both settings boil instead of simmer. I don’t know if the switch or temperature controls were faulty but I wish I’d returned instead of trying to adjust my recipe cooking times (recipes I’ve made before with another crockpot and never an issue. If money wasn’t tight, I’d go out and buy a new one. I would definitely NOT recommend!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy customer We were excited to receive this as a Christmas gift as we needed the programmability and larger size (we still use our basic Crock-pot that we have had for 33 years). It is very attractive and works well. After several uses, part of the lighted time display went out. Although I provided photos of the codes, model, etc. that indicate the manufacture date, place of sale and other information, customer service was told that there was nothing they could do to help. Now another section of the light display out, so soon it will be unreadable. Disappointed in the product and company response.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from No luck I bought this slow cooker about 6 months ago because my old Crock Pot saw its last day. We have had a horrible experience with this model. We have tried to cook chili, beef stew, cream of chicken and cream of potato soups and turkey breast. I thought it was me not used to this model, all the items I have tried to cook are cooking so fast. My soups have turned into clumps of mush, chili is bubbling and my turkey has come out so dry. We have not been able to eat anything we cooked. We have tried to cook on low instead of high nothing seems to work. I think I have a faulty Crock Pot!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Pot broke I bought the 8 quart for the size. I use it to cook while I am at work and it’s easier when I get home. I replace a very old one that quick working. I bought this in the fall Oct 2019 and the pot has complete broke all the way around. I took out the bag to clean up after it cooled. I went to pick up the pot and the bottom of it was still in the cooker. What in the world happened? I have had your products before and NEVER had any issue other than they were old. It was working great until this point.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality that spans generations. Lost my old (circa 1970somthing, hand me down) crockpot. I loved it, used it every week and I was so sad. It took me a while to figure out which model I was going to get, but I’m so happy I picked this one. Though it’s very different from the original it is just as amazing! Day 1 I cooked 8Lb pork to make pulled pork. The timing was amazing. The crockpot arrived a day early, and the guys were so happy to have pulled pork for football. Ship time was amazing, and I just love the ease of use. Quality that spans generations.
