Rated 3 out of 5 by MCHardware from Cooks fast but isn't intuitive I bought one for Christmas in 2018. It's been a year and I've used it about 4 times. I'm a complete novice and the problem is I can't figure out what it's doing. I think one of my dishes turned out okay. Without endless numbers of recipes I have no idea how to cook anything. I can't even cook rice. Yes there's a rice button but I have no idea how much liquid to add. I want to be able to set the dang thing on my counter, put ingredients in it, push some buttons, etc. Like I can do with a stove top, a toaster oven, a microwave, or even a Crock-Pot slow cooker. There are other competitors that make a similar device and when searching for recipes it comes up in the results often, but they're not identical so I don't trust them. It goes back to having a plethora of recipes, normal recipes to make basic dishes. I'm not trying to have my own cooking show. And unless Crock-Pot is going to write me checks for food that is ruined by their device I don't see how I'll get any value out of it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MommaDe from I Am Very Satisfied!!!! I have had my crock pot - insta pot for over a year! Hubbie was VERY skeptical and thought it was a waste of money. Now his attitude is "Use the Instapot". We love the saute feature for browning meat and non stick (!) and chicken before adding things to make stew, chilli, fajitas, etc, and the rice and bean settings. I make a lot of black beans and brown rice so I definately add time to soften them up some more. We are not sweet eaters so there are some settings I don't use but overall am very pleased!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cme61 from Works great Had this over a year and it’s worked great. Easy cleanup, too. I did learn the hard way not to use as slow cooker. (I read it’s because the sides don’t heat up, only bottom.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by Yarsteph from Great Product, Hard to Replace Parts This is a great pressure cooker, but the cord sucks. Mine stopped working and it has been impossible to get a replacement. I've contacted customer service several times and given them the requested info, but it goes nowhere. Now I have a worthless appliance. Had I known, I would've purchased a pressure cooker with a more universal and easily replaceable cord.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Megan31 from Faulty Parts I have had two of these pots in the past two years. They both worked great and I used them regularly, until the steam release valve broke. I've looked into ordering a replacement lid or valve. Crockpot does not sell a replacement valve and the lid does not include the part of my part that is broken. I tried contacting them though the website and haven't had any response after two weeks. Between the faulty part and lack of customer support, I will likely buy my next pressure cooker elsewhere.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Syd1751 from The most annoying product ever I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I just tried to make some food and I know how to use this already so I did everything right and and it did was beep consistently I tried everything to make it stop. It was also saying the lid wasn’t on and it was on and in the locked position everything was right so I’m just very disappointed I spent this much money for it not to work.
