1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

With respect to its Crock-Pot brand of products, Sunbeam Products, Inc. (or if in Canada, Newell Brands Canada ULC) (“Crock-Pot Brand”)warrants to the original end-user purchaser that its Crock-Pot branded products purchased in the United States of America or Canada (“Product”) will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase or delivery (whichever occurs later) when put to normal use and cared for according to Crock-Pot Brand’s instructions.

Because Crock-Pot Brand cannot control the quality of Products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from Crock-Pot Brand or a Crock-Pot Brand-authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Crock-Pot Brand reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; cosmetic damage which does not impair the functionality of the product; damage from misuse or abuse (such as improper cleaning, neglect, negligence, or accident); damage from use on improper voltage or current; damage resulting from alteration(s), disassembly, or repairs by anyone other than Crock-Pot Brand or a Crock-Pot Brand-authorized service center; damage from Acts of God, including, but not limited to, fire, tornadoes, hurricanes, or floods; damage or defects resulting from the use of the Product in a commercial manner or contrary to the operating instructions; and theft. Please do not attempt to repair or adjust any electrical or mechanical functions on your product. Crock-Pot Brand reserves the right to decline coverage if the defect or damage in question was caused by unauthorized components or service. No terms of this warranty may be construed to apply to non-warranty service or maintenance, and Crock-Pot Brand expressly excludes from this warranty and denies liability for defects or damage caused by repair or alteration by anyone other than Crock-Pot Brand or an authorized Crock-Pot Brand service center.

Warranty Claim Process:

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon an alleged Product defect should initiate a Warranty Claim via the warranty claim form on crock-pot.com or contact us Mon-Fri, 9AM - 5PM ET at 1-800-323-9519. You will be required to furnish proof of purchase and delivery demonstrating when and where you purchased your Product and when your product was received. You will also be asked to provide/upload photographs of your Product.

Remedies Under This Warranty:

Crock-Pot Brand will replace a defective Product that is covered by this warranty. If the item that is the subject of the warranty claim is discontinued and thus no longer available, Crock-Pot Brand will replace your item with the most comparable item currently manufactured. No terms of this warranty may be construed to apply to non-warranty service and maintenance. Accordingly, Crock-Pot Brand denies liability for defects and damage caused by repair or alteration outside the terms of this warranty.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Some States or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL CROCK-POT BRAND BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State or jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Purchasers of Products who wish to make a warranty claim based upon an alleged product defect should initiate a Warranty Claim via the warranty claim form below. You will be required to furnish proof of purchase and delivery demonstrating when and where you purchased your Product and when your product was received. You will also be asked to provide/upload photographs of your product. You may also be asked to mail your product to Crock-Pot for inspection. If instructed to mail your Product to Crock-Pot, our Customer Support team will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include the RMA number on the outside packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs to Crock-Pot; Crock-Pot will cover shipping costs back to you. Authorized for mailing to Crock-Pot with an RMA number should be sent to Crock-Pot's warranty department. Do not send products to Crock-Pot without prior authorization and an RMA number.
