Our products have a limited warranty. The date you purchased or received the item will be used to help determine the eligibility of your product for the warranty. If you received your product as a gift, please provide the date the gift was received.
Where is this and why is it requested?

The Date Code is used to identify the date that a Crock-Pot item was manufactured. Knowing this upfront helps us provide you with more specific information. The Date Code field is engraved on the outside of the metal prongs you plug into the wall to give the unit power. The metal prongs are located at the end of the power cord. This code should begin with one letter, followed by three numbers. Example Q123.
