Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty. See Product Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not good I really wish I had read about this model before buying it at Walmart. Just like the reviews said, it cooks way too fast. Normally, a corned beef on low would take at least 8 hours with additional time to cook cabbage for a total of 9-10 hours. It was done in five well before we were scheduled to have dinner. Don’t even want to try it on high. What is the point of a slow cooker if you cannot let it go for 8 hours or so while you work so it’ll be ready when you get home. I’ll be returning this one to the store.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Temp settings are not right Warm temp setting is scorching the food. Low setting had a meal burned to a crisp in 3 hours.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible - DO NOT BUY I received this Crock-Pot as a gift and used it once to make Buffalo Chicken Dip. I finished the first process of melting the cream cheese with the rest of the ingredients and then added my shredded cheese and switched to keep warm. I went outside to spend time with my guests and when returned it was boiling out of control on the KEEP WARM setting. The dip was ruined and I am afraid to use this crockpot again. Crock-Pot should be ashamed of this product and it should be recalled!!!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not my favorite, but will work in the mean time I bought this to replace my 15-year-old Hamilton Beach slow cooker of similar design. I have used it once and I found that although it is the capacity I was looking for, the logistics are not my favorite. It only has three small rubber feet on the bottom, so while stirring the pot is prone to shift and tilts to the back left or right since that is the side with only one foot. The feet are also not sticky enough to keep the pot from slipping around the counter if you are not holding the handle. The outside also gets really hot to the touch, even on low, so you absolutely must hold the handle while stirring or serving.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Aesthetically Pleasing & Cooks Even Better I have never had a crockpot with a timer. Such a useful function! Today I tested it out with ribs. The capacity is very large and will hold two full racks of ribs. Everything came out amazing! The ribs were cooked evenly and perfectly. They were basically falling off the bone. So good! I like when the timer turns off it automatically switches to the warm setting so that you don’t overcook. Clean up on a crockpot is always easy for me because I use crockpot liners. So I cannot tell you how easy it would be to clean without one. It has locks that can close so when you transport food it doesn’t leak.I love the gray color with the white interior. Would highly recommend!

Cooking times in a slow cooker can vary depending on the recipe and the type of food being prepared. Generally, a 2-hour setting will use a higher temperature than a 4-hour setting, which cooks more gently over a longer period. For best results, we recommend following the specific timing and temperature guidelines provided in your recipe.

If you need assistance or have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team via the 'Contact Us' form on our official website.
