Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

My first Crock-Pot
This is my first Crock-Pot, and I am enjoying it. It is easy to assemble, cook, and clean afterward.
I did read some reviews saying that it gets hot on the outside, and it does. At least mine didn't get too hot. If the idea is for you to cook & carry, you will need to wait until it cools down.
The outer shell is very lightweight, which might suggest it is made from a cheap material. The stoneware and lid contribute to the overall weight.
I am excited to see how long it will last.

Great Crock Pot
Good crock pot, it’s effective. I like that it’s programmable for cooking time and switches to warming once timer is complete. It’s super easy to clean, but I do still use crock pot liners since I’m lazy. But I still throw the washable parts in the dishwasher. I also like that the lid locks for travel. I haven’t had to travel with it yet to know how “spill proof” it is. But it beats traveling without the locks and fearing a full spill. Perfect size for my family of 4.

Won’t purchase again
I have purchased many crock pots, this one was an impulse buy because I needed an extra slow cooker for a gathering, while my other crock pots three to be exact did just fine heating and slow cooking as it claims it’s suppose to do, this 7qt cook and carry heated up the food entirely too fast, causing the food to burn, I believe this particular model has major heating issues, non of the heating settings differ from each other, even on the lowest warm setting it’s causing food to boil, burn, and become scorched, which is causing me to throw away food. I have only used it a handful of times due to the heating issues because I have to hover over it and can’t leave unattended, I purchased this from a local retailer, Walmart, but unfortunately due to not having the box they will not exchange or return for a different model.

The cover is a game changer!
It was easy to use and simple to clean. I like how it wasn't too heavy and such a big perk to have it be made available for travelling with. I brought it to a potluck party and it was easy to cover, bring over, and plug in to an outlet to keep warm! I had people asking me what it is, they'd never seen anyone bring a slow cooker out to a party before. Definitely bringing it to more gatherings to keep any dips, soups, stews, or pretty much anything warm!

Easy to use right out of the box love it !
This is a great and simple crockpot. Super easy to use and very sturdy! I accidentally dropped the ceramic bowl when opening and not a single issue! I made a super delicious Mac and cheese for a family dinner and everyone loved it ! It is pretty heavy so moving it could be a pain in the back My only issue is that we already have a instant pot which does the same thing faster. If you want the old fashioned slow cooker this is a definite recommendation!

Cooking on low WILL burn your food.
I have only used this model twice to slow cook some chili. After setting it up on low for a 6-hour timer, I, like many others, thought it would be safe to leave and take care of some other things before the meal was ready. Both times, I come back to check on the chili within two hours, and the chili is already starting to burn. Two hours? What's the point of having the timer if there only seems to be one temperature setting?

Locking lid
Busted this bad baby out this morning to slow cook a pork roast and let me tell you this thing is awesome! I love the timer and the keep warm feature! I also love that it has a locking lid if I were using this to bring food to a potluck. This roast is so tender after cooking on low for 6 hours it literally fell apart with a plastic for! Already have tomorrow’s dinner picked out and will be using this crock pot for it also!

I love to timer!
I didn’t realize how much I needed a timer on my crockpot until I received this. I use my crock pot three times a week and it’s a lot having to make sure I’m home and work my schedule around the food I’m making in the crockpot. I’m not super impressed by this model. I have an old Crockpot slow cooker and thought this would be an upgrade, but unfortunately it’s not. The ceramic part of the pot is fine, but the outer pot/holder is cheap. Feels flimsy and not as well insulated like my old one. It gets super super hot!

I love it! It was great for the chili I made this holiday for my family. It held enough to feed 10 people and kept the food nice and warm. It only has three settings but it gets to a safe cooking point! I do need to purchase liners as to not mess up the removable glass bowl.

Beautiful durable crockpot
This is a great Crockpot. The lid can lock down to make it spill proof. The bottom has rollers so it glides on your countertops. It’s easy to clean and the time control settings is so nice. Once it completes it’s time you set it on, it will automatically go to warm setting.

We regularly employ rigorous third-party testing to ensure that our Slow Cookers meet or exceed all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, including those related to lead content. Consumers should feel confident that our Slow Cookers are safe to use. The glaze of our ceramic pots is a silicate made of quartz, feldspar and clay. The glaze is covered over the pot, fired at high temperature to melt the glaze and then cooled down. The glaze liquid is then turned into coating the same as glass film on the surface of the pot. This does not contain PTFE &amp; PFOA. The FDA specifies allowable amounts of lead, cadmium and other substances. All the glazes that we use meet or exceed FDA requirements. On your slow cooker, both High and Low stabilize at the same temperature 209&deg;F; it is just a matter of how long it takes to reach the simmer point. On High, it takes approximately 3-4 hours, whereas, on Low, it takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point. On the warm setting, your slow cooker will achieve between 165-175&deg;F.
