Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great upgrade! The Crockpot slow cooker performed beyond my expectations. The unit looks sleek and fits right in with my kitchen decor. The handles make it easy to carry and the back has a convenient cord hook for easy storage. The unit is easy to use without a lot of instruction. The blue digital display is easy to read from across the room and I no longer have to note the time I started cooking as I have to do with other slow cookers. Food cooked on time and evenly, and the inner crock was easy to wipe clean. It isn't too heavy either. I love that I can set it and forget it since the unit switches to warm setting after the allotted cooking time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Cooker (But why is Low Boiling?) I just purchased the 7Qt Crock Pot last week and using it today (13/14 July 2019) for first time. I use my Crock Pot for making soups only. I purchased this one after my 6Qt Crock Pot was beaten down after a good 6 year of continuous use (3-4 × per week). I don't care about the handles getting hot as they'll cool down when I get home after 16-18 hours of cooking. What I don't understand is why is the Low Setting Boiling? I am keeping the Crock Pot, but I hope Crock Pot fixes this issue in their future 6 Qt and 7 Qt. models. I had the same issue in the 6 Qt. Model. Please remedy this! Thanks

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So easy! I have used the Crock-Pot 7-quart with the Flat Controller about three or four times now. Talk about "dummy-proof!" It is probably the easiest-to-use small appliance I own. Hands down, the best appliance of this type I have used. Pros: Light-weight & easy to handle. Timer and temp functions take out any guesswork or separate timer setting. Sleek, modern look is attractive. Removable crock makes it easier to clean. Cons: Light-weight makes me question its durability. I've been having issues with sticking along the top level of cooking liquids. Cord is very short (less than 2-feet). Overall, this is a great product and I will get great use out of it for many years to come. Join the slow food revolution!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Working Supermom of 6 needs advice... Bought this crockpot as an upgrade to the old school ones. Works great with digital timing and don't have to worry about overcooking food while away. Always convenient. However last week the power went out during cooking and now the digital screen won't work when trying to set to low or high or select the menu button. I am bummed. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good crock pot for the 5 months it worked I bought this Crock Pot in July of 2019, and by December of 2019 it has stopped working. The digital control flickers and does not work, which makes the crock pot inoperable. I think this is one of the higher end slow cookers that Crock Pot offers, so I would expect it to last longer than 5 months. Our last crockpot lasted over 7 years before it needed to be replaced.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from One poor design and a function that doesn’t work! First off, this slow cooker cooks way too hot and the handles get exceptionally hot! That needs to be fixed. Second, you users manual says when cooking is done, it switches to warm and counts up to four hours,. This feature does not work!
