My 7.0 Quart Platinum cooker does not display any time on the Warm setting, is this normal? I cooked for 8 hours on Low and then manually switched to Warm and the display is blank. The orange Warm light is on.

The time will not display while the warm setting counts down, that's perfectly normal. Some instruction booklets have a misprint that advises that the warm setting will have a visual display of the time counting down. That is false. We apologize for the confusion. Thank you for your question.
