All-time favorite Crockpot!
Husband made me buy this Crockpot after looking at them for 2-3 years and I'm SO glad he did! With a family of 6, a 13 x 9 pan is my go-to for most meals, and this model gives me the pan with the convenience of a Crock-Pot! I also love that I can use the stoneware insert to bake in my oven and then keep warm in the base! This option is also especially useful for potlucks and taking a meal to a friend's house! Now if they would just make a few smaller sizes for side dishes (like green bean casserole, sweet potato casserole, or corn casserole...)

Faulty Hinge Pins
I have this and love it BUT-the pins in the hinges keep falling out and I can no longer "lock" down the lid, I need replacement hinges but can not find them on line-can you help??? Please

Very disappointed
I had received this particular crockpot as a birthday gift about 2 years ago. I have literally only used it a handful of times. Well the ceramic casserole has a large crack from one end to the other. I used it on low for about an hour to heat chocolate. Cleaned it about an hour and a half after it was totally cooled down. And noticed the crack. Not sure if they have replacement pieces. Just disappointed

Liner defects became worse with each use.
Not happy with the quality of this product. I have used the Crockpot brand for many years and have never had such poor craftsmanship. I have contacted customer service and I have sent pictures. They offered to replace my $50.00 purchase with a $19.99 replacement. Because they are out of stock. I refused that offer and I have requested a complete refund! We will see what happens! I do like the crockpot….but was afraid it would crack, because the defects were getting worse with each use. They are still available on Amazon. The plan is to order a new one if I receive a refund.

Love this little crock pot!
I've had no issues with this appliance and absolutely love the size and shape, its been perfect for pulled pork, chicken crack dip (google this one if you've never tried it, it's SO good!), breakfast casserole, stew and lasagna. I always wanted a sloe cooker this size and shape and this one did not disappoint!

Casserole crockpot failure
I am now on my third casserole crock pot because the other two died for different reasons and now the third one the low setting does not work but high nad warm do. Needless to say I use the low and not the other two so it is useless to me. I am sure it is out of warranty and to pay another 50 dollars is crazy as this is muy third one. Wish Crockpot would honor their items a little longer. I only use it about once a week to every 2 weeks as I have 5 different crockpots I use depending on the meal. This one is my favorite. Any help would be appreciated !

Wonderful for Casseroles!
I have 2 and usethem all the time for baking a casserole or mac and cheese for the holiday table. Keeps it hot for hours. You bake it in the crock and drop it in the warmer. I can cook a lot of things and this is the best way to keep them warm. Serveral of my guests own them now too. Absolutely LOVE! The only thing, the price has more than doubled since I bought mine 6ish years ago. I was planning on buying another one and was so surprised in the increase in price.

A bit disappointing.
First let me say I have been a loyal customer for years, purchasing many for people for all occasions. I received this as a gift approximately 7 months ago. I have 2 other Crock Pot brand slow cookers so I have used this a few times but not every week like I do one of the others. After every use the interior has gotten darker and darker not matter what I clean it
with. It is no longer white. Plus a pitted area appeared after I have used it about 4 times nd it too, has gotten worse with each use. Now after today's use, I have crack in it. This is crazy. My son saved up for this and now I can't even use it. It is not even a year old. I have one which is 20 plus years and it is in terrific condition. They get used A LOT and both are in great condition. I went online to see if there are others having these issues and sure enough, several are experiencing the same issues. I would like the stoneware replaced or unit replace. I would gladly send them this so you can see it in person. Photos attached do not show the inferior quality as well as seeing it first hand.
