Care & Maintenance

ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Celestetina from It’s perfect for me! Although I’ve used my 7qt blue crockpot only once, it worked exceptionally well. It was my test run to make beef stew before I make a dbl of cheesy potatoes for Christmas Eve. I’m glad to hear that I can put insert in my oven w/o lid like I always did with another model. I wish this was in description as that was how I always did it. I love the blue color. It’s a nice navy. I like the simple functionality as that is what I wanted. So far so good, it’s perfect for me! First crockpot brand I’ve ever owned. I’m very happy to find color options too! There needs to be even more. Perhaps a build-your-own crockpot! Someday someone will come up with this.

The name alone, speaks to the quality. I put a 6 pound, seared roast on low overnight (8hours); YOU COULD CUT IT WITH A SPOON! It was tender and well flavored. A gravy was formed that made my dinner the next day exceptional. I like the thermometer feature as well as the option for sous vide. I had to look up what sous vide meant but I may actually use that feature for frozen to table options. My crock pot didn’t come with the lid locks. I was a bit disappointed but, the truth is, I don’t ever want this crock pot to leave my house.

Really Like This Crock Pot This is my first Crock Pot, and I'm rather excited about it because I have seen so many videos on YouTube as to just how handy these things are. This worked great for the pot roast recipe I was making. I let it cook on low for 7 hours and went to bed. When I woke up, it had automatically switched to the "keep warm" setting. The food was amazing. It's easily programmable, and it simply does what it is supposed to do. Who can ask for anything more? I hope to use this cooked for many years and over time learn how to adjust my own recipes to this method of cooking. So far, I like it. Good size, looks good, cooks well highly recommended

It has a digital screen for high, low, and keep warm settings. It cooks evenly and accurately while also having a probe to test the internal temperatures of your meat. The bowl wipes out very easily and food doesn’t stick to the sides while cooking. I loved the physical look of this crockpot. The ones I have owned in the past are ones I would never keep out on my counter. This one blends nicely and isn’t an eye sore. I can tell it’s heavy duty and made to last. Highly recommend this crockpot. You won’t regret it with how simple and easy meal prep will be!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Maslam from PERFECT TO GO!!! This crockpot is perfect for on the go. It has a high and low setting and a programmable timer from 30 minutes to 20 hours. The crock is removable and dishwasher safe. My favorite features of this crockpot is that when its done cooking, it automatically switches over to warming mode. I love the spill proof locking lid and love the fact that if I need to, I can simply use the stoneware crock just as a large serving dish.

I had a very old crock pot and wanted a digital one to program cook time, I’m glad I kept the old one. I put something on low for 6 hours, it’s done by hour 3 and well overcooked by hour 6. Last time I used it I accidentally touched the edge of the warming unit and my finger immediately blistered. I have never had these issues with the old one. I wanted to love this one so much and was so disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MumSons from Best looking and cooking crockpot ever! I wanted to use this for various dishes first before sharing my review. It is by far the best crockpot I have ever used. I have cooked chicken, beef, ribs, soups, and rice dishes in it. The food has never stuck to the sides/bottom or got burnt like others I’ve used. The buttons are simple and even my kids can program and turn it off easily. The warm setting doesn’t overcook anything and keeps the meals perfect for whomever is eating - those with busy kids/families know having a warm ready-to-go dinner is nearly impossible during sports seasons. This has been a lifesaver for my hungry family and has helped to keep meal costs down with simple and proper meal prep.
