Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. The SCCPVC650AS‑P is a Crock‑Pot model from the iStir / automatic stirring system family. While the exact “SCCPVC650AS‑P” manual does not appear directly, the closest matching manuals for the same product line are available, specifically the SCCPVC650AS‑X / iStir Automatic Stirring System manuals. These typically cover the same hardware and usage instructions. Hello The difference between Low and High settings in Crock-Pot slow cookers lies in the time it takes to reach the simmer point, although both settings stabilize at the same temperature of 209°F. Specifically, the Low setting takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach this temperature, while the High setting takes about 3-4 hours. Once the food reaches the simmer point, the total cooking time will depend on the cut and weight of the meat, which affects the flavor and texture. Most dishes can be prepared using either setting.
