Hello there Wheat! Thank you for your question. Heat times will vary depending on the type of food being warmed and the starting temperature of the food. Stirring will help to speed up the time it takes to heat the food. This unit will heat up to 195 °F within the 2 hours of use hence it can be used to warm the baked potato.
