Care & Maintenance

Cleaning should only be carried out when the the Express Crock is cool and unplugged. Allow the Multi-Cooker to completely cool before cleaning. Do not use the removable Cooking Pot on the stovetop, inside a microwave oven or inside an oven. Use the pot only inside the Express Crock Heating Base. Wash the Sealing Gasket and Lid by hand in warm, soapy water. Dry all parts thoroughly. Although the Cooking Pot is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing to preserve the non-stick coating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Tifa05 from WORST PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I would give a zero stars if I could. My crock pot was delivered 11/01/2022. I used it once the second time I tried to use it it didn't work. I emailed customer support on 11/22/2023. I was told because it's pass my warranty nothing can be done. So I'm looking for a new crock pot check your website and see a review of where tge same thing happened to another customer. The company responded saying give them a call and something can get worked out. However when I tried to call was given any resolution what so ever. All I was told the date it was manufactured and out of warranty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by LoriRh from Express dinner! I love this! For anyone that has never tried a pressure cooker/slow cooker and more appliance, this one is a must-try. It is incredible how many things you can do with this. From simple rice to tender ribs, this will not disappoint. The first thing I made was the mac and cheese which is in the recipe book. It came out fantastic with no draining water and in one pot. By the way, the recipe book is great! I also made a pot of dried beans with ham. I didn't have to soak the beans overnight. About an hour in the pressure cooker was all it took and the beans were tender and tasty. The steam release button is easy to use without the steam spewing all over. This is so versatile in that you can cook just about anything in it. You don't have to even defrost meat or chicken. I can't wait to try out new recipes in this. I love kitchen appliances and this one is already a part of my countertop. I will use this several times a week. This saves so much time. I strongly recommend this appliance for those stressed for time but want a great home cooked meal.

The pressure cooker portion doesn’t work, and now the top does not even fit properly. So I can’t even use it as a slow cooker anymore. So disappointing because I thought this was a reputable brand.

So easy to use all push button no need for instructions and with a little trial and error you can cook anything in it .Thank you CrockPot, Forgot to mention how fast it cooks !

Rated 1 out of 5 by Carrie615 from Stopped working / discontinued I purchased this crockpot express in 2021. Used it a few times. I loved the way it cooked and perfect size. It is fall now and made a roast which came out delicious. After it cooked went to warm mode. I turned it off. Everything was fine. Put it on warm and it wouldn't stop beeping and flashing pressurizing for no unknown reason. I used the slow cooker setting so don't know why pressurizing was even flashing. I unplugged it several times. Keeps doing the same thing. For the money I paid it should of lasted longer then 2 exact years and total use of 5 times. Upon reading a previous review on here looks like I'm not the only one who had an issue with it not working anymore under a year. Tried contacting customer service support but said they can't do nothing because the product was discontinued.

The pressure cooker function is very easy to use. The controls are simple to use. Besides the pressure cooking setting, there’s also other things you can use it for like slow cooking. Cleaning it is very quick and easy. Great for busy families that need a quick meal!

I am in love with my crockpot express I have a big family that I have to cook for and this just cut my time in more than half and the food comes out amazing this has a ton of functions on it .... The crockpot express is super easy to use one of the features that I am totally excited about is the steam release nozzle you do not have to worry about burning yourself because it’s away from where the steam comes out and it’s super simple you just turn the lever brilliant idea I have made countless Meals with my crockpot express . I was shocked I made rice in 2 mins yes I said 2 mins i’m telling you crockpot knocked it out of the park . I’m truly in love you can do everything from pressure cooking to brown and searing sauté making yogurt the list goes on and on the crockpot express is brilliantly made excellent quality they really thought out the features on this product as well as safety everyone needs to own one love it love it I love it I can go on all day about it...,
