Ingredients

8 Eggs
8oz Baby Kale
8oz Crumbled Goat Cheese
6oz Roasted Red Peppers
4oz Spinach
1- 2 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Spice Blend
1/4 Green Onion

Instructions

Add Olive Oil to Crock-Pot® 5-in-1 Multi-Cooker
Set Crock-Pot® 5-in-1 Multi-Cooker to SAUTE on HI
Add spinach and baby kale, saute until wilted
Add beaten eggs, green onions, roasted red peppers, crumbled goat cheese, and spice blend
Change setting on Crock-Pot® 5-in-1 Multi-Cooker to SLOW COOK on LOW for 2-3 hours
Serve and ENJOY!
