Ingredients

OATMEAL:
1 1/2 cups steel-cut oats
1 can (14 oz/400 mL) coconut milk
1/2 cup unsweetened
desiccated coconut
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
4 1/2 cups water

EXOTIC FRUIT TOPPING:
1 ripe mango, peeled
and finely chopped
1 cup fresh or canned
finely chopped pineapple
1 ripe kiwi, peeled and
finely chopped
½ cup shredded toasted coconut

Instructions

Oatmeal:
Brush bottom and sides of Crock-Pot® 4-Quart stoneware
with melted butter.
Add oats, coconut milk, 4 1/2 cups water,desiccated coconut, brown sugar, vanilla and salt; stir until combined.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or untiloatmeal is tender
and thickened.
Exotic Fruit Topping:
Combine mango, pineapple and kiwi.
Serve over oatmeal with toasted coconut.
