Time on High: 4 to 6 hours Time on Low: 6 to 8 hours
3 1/2 Pounds spare ribs, cut into riblets
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Cups water
1 Teaspoon garlic salt
8 Ounces Russian dressing
6 Ounces pineapple juice
Season ribs with salt and pepper.
Place in Crock-Pot® slow cooker. Pour water over. Cover; cook on Low 6 to 8 hours. Drain.
Place ribs in broiler pan. Season with garlic salt. Combine dressing and juice. Baste ribs with mixture. Broil until done, turning once.
