Rated 5 out of 5 by from It seems great I received today my first crock pot that I ordered by amazon and I can't wait to try it, but I didn't received the stirring paddle, just the normal one twice. I don't want to send it back just for one piece, how can I get one? Thank you very much!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2nd one to go I had this crockpot for less than a year, and it quit working for me. Crockpot replaced it, only to have the second one go today. I plugged it in, and the light turned on then went straight off. It wouldn't come on at all, so I guess it's back to the drawing board to find one that will last more than a year and a half. Love the stir capability, but I may have to go without it to find something to last.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the "stir" ability, but......... I purchased two of these - one for me and one for my daughter. We love the slow cooker, especially the "stir" paddle. BUT, we both had problems with the lid handle (not the stir paddle handle). It does not click in any more - it is like the spring fell out or broke the one side. It does not click in. Do I have to cover the top with aluminum foil. Are these parts available?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burns food The whole point of a crockpot is to be able to slow cook items and not have them burner on lore settings. Apparently this crockpot has only one temperature setting where do you have it on high, low, or keep warm at all reaches the temperature of around 200° . even with the steering system it still burns food because he can’t get into the edges where certain dips and other foods sit. I don’t understand why they have a keep warm function if it’s just the same temperature as high and low .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love my Istir Crock Pot I had this crock pot for awhile now and cooked with and witout the Istir system! It makes the food soooo melt-in-your-mouth good! I have made chili, pot roast, whole fryer, beef stew, chicken pot pie, country style ribs and everything comes out great! The chicken fell right off the bone it was that tender! I love this crock pot and it is the best one yet! The istir system is great to have, because that way I do not have to constantly stir by hand! It makes cleaning easier! Totaling worth having the istir! I do sometimes adjust the amount of time I cook food! I haven't had any problems with it burning the food!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Bought this a while back and have only used it a handful of times. Love the fact that it stirs the food that was the selling factor for me, however it BURNS EVERYTHING!!! A big reason for purchasing a crock pot was to cook food while at work however if I use this I have to be at home to monitor it, after having it on low about an hour my counter top is hot to the touch and withing 3-4 hours the food is burnt.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I bought this awhile ago...it burns everything...I called and the representative and she was not at all helpful. She told me to buy a candy thermometer and test the water. I gave my old crockpot away when I upgraded to this one, that was a big mistake.
