Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside. Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until softened. Transfer the onion and garlic to the crockpot. Add the chicken broth and heavy cream in the skillet and stir to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the crockpot. Add the chicken breast to the crockpot, make sure they are covered with the sauce. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and tender. Garnish with parsley before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of your chicken breast pieces and your desired level of doneness. You can use a meat thermometer or the MytTme feature you have to check if the chicken is cooked through. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C) when it is fully cooked.

Enjoy your meal!

If you have any more questions, please reach out to us via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat.
