This was a great product, and it's easy to use! It has a great volume and cooking capacity. Cleaning was simple,but I used crock pot bags, which made the clean-up simpler.

Absolutely love this slow cooker. Super easy to use and such an easy/ convenient way to cook. I have been using to make meatballs and stews. Also this is great for dips.

I am writing this review way late. Never even thought to before. The crock pot I had was probably purchased about 5 years ago. First time I used it burnt the chili. After a few times trying to use it I realized there was no low setting. Low or high it would boil what ever you had in it. You couldn’t leave it alone. When I called customer service. This is the part that really made me mad and I realized crock pot was no longer a reputable brand. I told the women what was happening. She said it was normal to boil stuff. I told her not on low. That’s the point of low. She said I needed to get the temperature of water in it and then talk to them. I told her boiling is 212. She needed an exact temp. I told her apparently I don’t know Jack. Water boils at 212 and the temp
Stops there unless under pressure. So the temp is 212 and it the same on every setting. She said that’s normal. I said so how am I supposed to slow cook anything when it boils and burns everything unless I watch it very closely. Even the warm setting boiled everything. She again said well it does boil on warm setting as well. I knew then while just wanting to cuss her and scream at her I was wasting my time. They didn’t care. They were not going to back there product. They were going to lie when you even tried to file a complaint. It was ridiculous. Either I told to the biggest idiot in the world or it’s how there trained to respond so no warranty claims. I gave it to my niece and warned her and she said it only worked a couple times and quit anyhow but she didn’t like it either because you couldn’t walk away or it would ruin your food. My guess it got so hot it burnt its self up. Warning. They don’t back there product. Customer service does not care.
