Quality Is Questionable
My wife bought one a couple of years ago and it quit warming. all it does now is cook, so you better be ready to shut it off or you will have charcoal flavered food and that's not the good kind of charcoal flavor you want. We purchased another and now the rubber foot pads have broke off. If it's not one thing it's another. their customer service to get replacement parts suck. They should have an option of no stars! Won't purchase another one. We are going to purchase a GE, our daughter-in-law has had nothing but great things to say about it!

The BEST slow cooker!
I have tried countless slow cookers and usually ran into the same issue with many. My food would cook entirely too fast even when on a low setting. Completely defeats the purpose of a slow cooker, so I was often left with tough meat or overly soggy vegetables. The 6 court Crockpot has worked perfect since I've received it. The settings are not only accurate but very user friendly. My favorite feature about this product is that it is very easy-to-clean. I use my Crockpot at least once a week and have never had to fight with caked on food or the annoying rings left from cooking in it. Get yourself an easy to clean Crockpot and you won't regret it!

Faulty Unit
Was very pleased with this product when it worked.It stopped working all of a sudden despite proper care. I have a red light flashing non stop when plugged in and tried everything to reset the system to no avail. Could be an internal issue with the capacitor. Because it’s several years old, it’s not covered under warranty. Totally get that, but it would be nice to know what triggered that and how we can prevent that from happening in the future. Do the units need to be replaced every couple years ?

Crockpot surprise from
Poor quality very unsatisfied
We purchased this crockpot approximately two years ago and I’ve used it maybe at best around 10 times.
We tried to use it today and all it would do was blink after about three minutes.
The crockpot looks like the day we took it out of the box. We not only keep our products clean, but we take care of them also. If this is an example of sunbeams quality control, I will find it very difficult to purchase anything with their brand name on it again.

hands free cook
I have been asking myself why I didn't buy a crock pot all this time. How easy it is to cook without constantly looking at the inside of the pot. My hands are free and my attention is not on it. The stone pot adds a unique flavor to the food. The ceramic pot is removable and easy to clean . I can clearly say that it cooks more delicious food than a pressure cooker. I prepare the ingredients, put them in it and then the time is mine. Its dimensions are enough for any kitchen counter. It does not take up much space. It does everything by itself. Respect!

Love it!
This crockpot is pretty amazing. I love the sleek look of it, the stainless steel just looks great. I like the preset heating, with just 2 buttons to press, it makes cooking a breeze. The handle for the lid is an actual handle and not a know, which makes this girl happy. And the non stick stoneware? So awesome! Clean up is so easy! This is a great addition to my kitchen, and I'll definitely be using it at least twice a week. The only downside to this is that the lid doesn't have latches for travel.

First large crockpot of my own
This crockpot is perfect for my large family. There are 6 of us and seems to fit what we need for all of us. Does seem very easy to clean glad that the inside comes out so you can wash it separately. The only thing I'm not sure I'm a fan of is the fact it has an automatic from high to low. I guess sensor there's been times where it'll switch before I do believe food is actually ready for that. So then you have to mess with the settings. But other than that easy clean up. Which is always nice.

Love it!
I have had this product for a few months now and just love it. I used it through the holidays and the Super Bowl and have no complaints. I have made everything from dips, chili, stew and even chicken. I love the different options for cooking. It was so easy to clean because you can hand clean or use the dishwasher for parts of it. The size is perfect for a family of 5 or more depending on what you are making. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for their next crock pot.

Hello, On your slow cooker, both high and low stabilize at the same temperature (209&deg;F); it is just a matter of how long it takes to reach the simmer point. On high, it takes approximately 3-4 hours, whereas, on low, it takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point. Once food reaches the simmer point, total cook time is dependent on the cut and weight of meat to reach the point of maximum flavor and texture potential. Most dishes can be prepared on either high or low. This is uniform across all of our current models. In the warm setting, your slow cooker will be between 165-175&deg;F.
