Missing pieces
I just got this for Christmas from my mother, I was opening the box to set it up, come to find out that of the metal clasps to lock the lid in place is completely missing. I haven’t even been able to use it. I tried looking on the replacement parts websites but can’t find the piece I am missing and refuse to spend 30plus dollars more on a lid to replace the metal clasp.

Disappointed
Bought this for the size and color, so disappointed with the limited timing abilities. I have had mine now for 3 months, the crock has cracked, not sure how, it’s never been dropped. I cannot replace the crock. Money wasted! NOT HAPPY AT ALL! Would NOT buy again NOR recommend!

Crockpot 7 quart cook & carry slow cooker
I received this amazing Crockpot series 7 quart slow cooker. I always wanted one of these and I finally got one to enjoy with the family dinners. I love how it's easy to cook meals on your schedule. This is great for super busy family lifestyle that requires very little prep time or you can put everything in one especially with colder weather coming around the corner. This is great for stews soups and all in one meals. It also comes with a bonus 16 ounce little dip warmer that are perfect for sauces on the side. The design is absolutely beautiful, clean and has a locking lid to prevent any spills or leaks when you are moving it around. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

A good classic crock pot
Love this crock pot! We got home and cooked a meal in it right away, we were so excited! My only complaint is you have very few cooking options. It’s either cook on low for 8 or 10 hours or high for 4 or 6 hours. Our other slow cooker is fully programmable, you select low or high and set the timer based on 30 minute increments. I don’t love the less options but some people may enjoy it being simpler. Other than that it cooks like all other slow cookers and does a good job! I also love the small one it comes with too. It’s going to be so nice to use with gravies and hot dips for the holidays!

I asked for a new crockpot as my old one cooks too hot. This one is worse- food boils on keep warm. Definitely not worth the money unless you need something to purely boil food.

I bought this about 2 weeks ago I have a crock pot however,it’s only 6 qts. And I make vegetable soup the 6 qt is a bit small. Recently I saw the 7qt on sale and I bought it and decided to make soup! Well after cooking for 6hrs I let sit unplugged so I could put the soup in the fridge. Yep that’s the problem the ceramic pot has no handles so when you try to get it out not so easy ! I had to call my grandson to come and help I couldn’t get it out. That’s what I call a poor design! I am 74 and I have arthritis in my hand so it was impossible.

Cooks too hot
The settings do not work. It cooks way too hot and everything gets overcooked. Even on the lowest 10 hour setting, a completely full crockpot of food was overcooked in 2 hours. Chicken already read at 185 degrees.Im afraid the “keep warm” button will do the same. I unfortunately do not have the receipt to return. I love the color and size, so very unfortunate. Buyers beware, keep your receipt.

Burns everything it cooks
Received as a Christmas gift in 2023. Have not used many times; each time crockpot is used reflects temperature instability and burns food even if time of cooking is reduced in half and with adequate liquid use per directions. If a crock pot liner is used, it burns and adheres to the side of crockpot. If you place food on warm setting it still boils in the crockpot. I called crockpot for assistance and the representative stated if I had issues I should have called sooner and was condescending. I agree, I should have troubleshot this as soon as it happened the first time. I just kept thinking it would get better and then with infrequent use I forgot until I used it again yesterday. Very disappointed in this product. Love the color, but it ruins your food!

Cooks Extremely Hot - Warm and Low don’t work
I bought this crock pot at Kohls in January of 24. I was replacing a basic one with one I thought would be better because it had more features. I quickly learned that this crock pot cooks EXTREMELY HOT. The first time I used it, I was making soup. I set it on low for 8 hours. I about 3 hours later, I noticed it was boiling! So I turned it to the warm setting. About an hour later it was still boiling, despite being on ‘warm.’ I thought maybe it was a fluke. Today we had a potluck at work. I took meatballs in sauce. At 7:30am I set it on low for 8 hours. I left for a meeting and my coworker text me at 9am and said was boiling. I told her to set it to warm and about 30-45 later she text to say it was still boiling, so she turned it off. This crock pot is such a disappointment. I cannot trust this crock pot to cook a meal while I am at work. I wish I hadn’t thrown the box away because I cannot return it. It’s a waste of $80.

Didn’t work
I purchased this crockpot locally yesterday to replace a crockpot that I had for 10+ years. I liked that it is programmable and had a locking lid. First time using the crockpot gave off a burning smell on low and while the liner was very hot, the soup inside the crockpot was cold and never heated up. Boxing it up and returning it and would not recommend.

I used to love crock pot!
I have used crockpot for ages! my first one lasted FOREVER. Like 15 years! When it finally bit the dust a few years ago, I bought a new one. After a couple years, the crock cracked and it seemed to be wearing out. So a few months ago I had to buy another new one. This mushroom one was pretty! I bought it, and after 3 uses the crock cracked. I'm super bummed. I just went and bought a different brand. But I'd really like the replacement crock! when I searched the serial number it said "no product found."

Great for travel
This is a beautiful crock pot. I really like the mushroom color. The first thing i made was chicken noodle soup and it was perfect in the crockpot. I like all the setting that it offers with 4,6, 8 or 10 hours on either low or high. I really like that warm is an option as well. The best part is that this comes with a smaller dip crock pot too. If you're someone that travels and brings food in crockpots then this is definitely the one for you. There's a locking feature to keep the lid on and tight.

Burnt and DANGEROUS
I was gifted this crock pot a year ago for Christmas and fell in love with the color and that it came with a warmer! However, after using it a few times, I will be retiring it due to the following: 1) This crock pot runs DANGEROUSLY HOT. The warm function is not useable, because it will boil anything in the crock. I do not feel safe keeping this crockpot on without supervision. I have to be there for it to finish cooking otherwise the food is literally scorched. I cannot stress enough how scary hot this thing gets. I used it for a work potluck and made cheesy mashed potatoes. I set it to warm and within 30 minutes or less, the cheese had burned and was boiling. 2) Loved the idea of the seal on the lid, but hate that it only functions when in the base I thought I would be able to use it to store leftovers after cooking--wrong.
Overall, really disappointed because I love the look of this crockpot, but I don't feel safe using it anymore. Its giving 'This Is Us' vibes. If you know, you know.
Note: I have had no issues with the mini warmer. It safely keeps things warm. I have had no issues with that.

Poor quality.

Adorable and functional
The first thing I noticed was the adorable color! it's the perfect addition to my kitchen. The materials feel incredibly sturdy and high-quality. I was shocked when I accidentally dropped the ceramic bowl and it didn't break! The easy-carry feature is a dream come true for taking pre-cooked meals on the go. But the real surprise was the included dip warmer! It's the perfect size for keeping sauces or sides warm. Overall, this slow cooker is a 10/10. I highly recommend it!

Burnt everything
I received this for a Christmas gift a couple years ago from my husband and like a fool I continued using it despite all the food it has ruined on me. It has now just dawned on me that it may not be user error but an issue with the product so I decided to come on to read reviews after it yet again ruined more food and to my surprise(not) I am not the only one having these issues. My husband spent a lot of $ on this for me, this is heartbreaking that I have to toss it.

Low is hotter than high
I bought this 3 weeks ago and realized that the manufacturer screwed up the low and high. My low setting boils and reaches 200. My high setting takes forever and doesn't go above 180. 😂. Returning to Best Buy where I purchased. Also it didn't come with the manual! It came with a single pamphlet with important safeguards with a QR code to access the manual. The QR code to access the manual takes me to the Crockpot site, but a broken page!

Highly Recommend!
I recently made homemade chicken and noodles, and this slow cooker made the entire process a breeze. It was incredibly easy to use and clean up afterward was so easy. The large capacity is perfect for big batches, and the cook and carry feature is super convenient for transporting meals. The small crock pot that came with is perfect for making queso and I know it will be used a lot. Highly recommend!

The outside of the crockpot gets very hot
This is a really nice crockpot, very sturdy. I love that it has the digital control to set the time and temperature easy to pull out large pot to make big meals and clean up looks very easy and it comes with a small, cute little warmer pot where you can use to make soups, or heat up a small meal . I like the latch hook feature to close the lid down to prevent spills and keep the food sealed.

Cracked handle on lid - first time use
I used my brand new, out of the box, Crock-Pot Cook & Carry yesterday. When I went to wash the crock and lid hand, the plastic handle on the lid had already cracked. It was not cracked when I opened the box, I didn't try to lift the unit by the lid handle and I did not drop it. My son and daughter-in-law had given it to me as a Christmas gift so the 30 days return policy has long past.

Works great!
I wanted to give 5 starts but some of the paint was chipped. The body of the crockpot feels a little cheap however it’s a great crockpot! It works well for cooking and I love how it comes with the little warmer! It’s great for my chicken dip! I love how the lid lots for travel. Like I said I would’ve given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the paint and the thickness of the body .

I bought this from Kohl's 2 months ago, the two black knobs on the bottom are loose and continue to fall out, leaving the crockpot unbalanced. Today, I cooked a 3# chuck roast, with potatoes, carrots, it's now on 6 hours, the potatoes & carrots were still tough, I removed them to put on the stove and will continue to cook the chuck. I should have bought a Ninja.

No mess got to try
This is awesome. It is easy to use. Nice lock on lids that are perfect for traveling. It comes with a bonus little dipper warm for all of your dips. So you got something to snack on while you are waiting on the one pot wonder crockpot to finish. The only thing is it doesn't have a lid rest. You can put it in the dishwasher. This is a must-have crockpot.

Absolute must buy
Talk about a complete surprise! I’ve never had my own crockpot before. I’ve just used one my parents had and kept returning it. This thing though, WOW! I absolutely love the size. This crockpot is wonderful! Its design is aesthetically pleasing and the dip warmer is a great addition. It’s easy to use and clean as well as carry to a table or counter. Sleek Design and Works Great!
The crock pot and warmer work great! The crock pot is easy to use and looks very sleek. It was packaged well, and the directions for use were clear. The crockpot cooked my food efficiently and effectively. The little warmer for dips was a unique twist to crackpots as well, and it works great for keeping my dipping sauces warm.

Hey there, AWR74! Thank you for your inquiry. On your slow cooker, both high and low stabilize at the same temperature (209&deg;F); it is just a matter of how long it takes to reach the simmer point. On high, it takes approximately 3-4 hours, whereas on low, it takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point. With one-touch control, your slow cooker offers 4 preprogrammed settings with 4 or 6-hour selections on HIGH and 8 or 10-hour selections on LOW. On this slow cooker, the cooking times cannot be adjusted. After cook time is complete, the slow cooker automatically switches to warm setting to keep food from overcooking and keep your food at serving temperature. We hope this information helps.
