Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty. See Instruction Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size I received my crock pot a few weeks ago and have already used at several times. It is the perfect size. I only wish it had a timer like the larger one but I can deal with that. Thanks crock pot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lid has etched I purchased this item in August 2023. I have used it a number of times and have put it in the dishwasher, according to the directions. However, after +/-6 months of use, the glass lid has gotten etched..it is a milky color and is no longer clear. I have several other crock pots and none of them have had this issue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great new design! I just recently received this casserole 2.5 quart LOCKING lid crock pot and I love it! I bought it to take camping, but I’m using at home in my kitchen. This size is such a great size for the two of us, but at camp I like to take a yummy dessert to share and it will be in this. The smaller size is just right for everything I want to make and it looks so good. The quality is a step above the usual crock pot and the locking lid is exactly what I needed. I will be buying one for my best friend!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I shared this with a friend who shared it with her sister and I could not be happier. I love my friends who are always on the go and the fact I shared with her sister was exceptional

Rated 5 out of 5 by from i love this crockpot! I am so glad that I bought this crockpot it is just the right size... for one to four people... it heats great and looks awesome! totally happy with it..

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for small family and side dishes I bought this about a month ago and am glad I did! I love the looks of it! It's so pretty! Easy to use and easy to clean up. Great for a small family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for two people! Amount is perfect for a couple. As easy as a large slow cooker. So many recipes available, too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from perfect size I bought this last year. It is the perfect size for smaller meals

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size for my family of 3 and very portable. I have had this particular size crock for a while now and absolutely love it. It's one of 7 different sizes I own. Unfortunately i broke the stoneware piece inside this one and I'm devastated! I'm hoping crockpot will make more of this size or at least provide a replacement for the stoneware that fits the 2.5 oval size crockpot because I have been unable to find a replacement or even a new one to purchase. But I loooved this crockpot.🤞🤞

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No replacement lid?? I bought this a few months ago and have used it a few times (less than five times). I like it for making smaller recipes, or making half of a recipe. Today the top handle broke on it and I’m disappointed to find out I cannot order a replacement lid. This crock has a very specific design, so it’s not like I’ll be able to use a different lid to fit it. :-(
Date published: 2019-07-10
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Clutter on the Lid I would love to have one ofr these, but those awkward things attached to the lid & sides have to go. Any plans to make a cleaner one with less clutter? Original crockpot design is fine. You don't have to mess with it like this.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from For small family's it is a good option. The Crock-Pot Manual 2.5-Quart Casserole Crock Slow Cooker in White & Blue is a specialized appliance designed for small meals, dips, and side dishes. Unlike traditional round slow cookers, its shallow, oval shape makes it ideal for casseroles and lasagnas that need more surface area for even heating or browning in the oven.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from fire hazard but beautiful I bought this 3 months ago from Walmart for a little over 60.00. I took it out to use it, plugged it into a surge protector and the warming mechanism made a bright flash and melted the cord I took it back to Walmart and they would not exchange or return it because I did not use it in the 30 day return period.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never got to use Was looking forward to using it over the holidays. When I received the crockpot there was a wire hanging out. I felt I had ordered it in plenty of time to have it for the holidays. I felt that the company was not willing to compensate for the damaged pot. Returned and cancelled.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Low setting boiled contents, not a gentle simmer. Not happy with this "slow cooker". I love the size and styling, as I am a single person. However, the cooker boils on the low setting. Wanted a slow cooker that simmers, not boils. I will be returning for refund and looking for a slow cooker that will perform as advertised.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for potlucks I love this crock! Not exactly using it for casseroles, but more so to keep baked goods warm for potlucks! I’ve kept crescents, pancake bites, mini quiches warm without drying out. I cut baking paper to line the bottom. It travels well and I think it looks cute.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from perfect size I bought one of these because for our family it's the perfect size. However, from day one it has not worked properly. It seems to heat up (you can feel heat on the outside), but nothing cooks in it! I need to know where I can return it for a replacement.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect size I am very happy with this casserole crockpot. It is a perfect size for my family. The reason I gave it a four is because there we defects in the crock. Not enough to hassle with try to exchange it. Otherwise I give is a it a great review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size for 2-4 This works great for just husband and me and also when we have a couple of guests. Really like the white crock; previous slow cooker had black crock and never looked or felt clean. Also the white/blue pattern looks stylish while cooking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size and easy on the eyes. Love the oval shape and the size of this slow cooker. I have used it for beef stew, pork roast and with the locking lid it makes transporting easy. Have received many complements on this one wherever I take it..
Date published: 2019-05-01
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks attractive My purchase was based on my experience with the larger size (9X13) casserole crock pot. I love the large size for company, so I purchased the smaller version for smaller meals for 2-4 people.
Date published: 2019-05-02
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features. I have had this crock pot also bought a total of 5, one for my house, one for the lake, and 1 each for my 3 sons, they love theirs and I love mine. Perfect for alot of things.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful My favorite for taking dips etc to parties and for cooking when it's just the two of us for dinner. A necessity for the house as far as my husband and I are concerned!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS COOKER Love using this little cooker .... I can have my main meal cooking in my 6qt cooker and I can use this smaller one for my desserts and/or additional side dishes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect small pot PERFECT pot for empty nest couple, smaller families, or for cooking meats or sides only (vs a one-pot meal). Perfect size for two of anything and cooks great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from There was a crack in the crock and now it is split I need a replacement crock as this new crock is cracked and split ... And I see they don't offer one!! This is very new and I'm very disappointed!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Knob fell off as soon as I got it home Love the size, but knob fell off as soon as I got home with it, and kept falling off. Are replacement knobs available? I've completely lost it now.
