Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty. See Instruction Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this crock pot! I recently bought this crock pot and have used it a couple of times now. It is a good sized crock and perfect for smaller amounts of food to be made instead of a such large amount. The pot and design are cute and a refreshing change from the usual kinds of crocks on the market. Recipes (written for 4 qt to 6 qt crocks) can be cut in half; any recipes that were written for a 1 quart crock can be doubled. I also bought the calendar sized cookbook and it has alot of different types of recipes that can be adapted to the 2.5 qt. pot (cut them in half). I recommend this pot and is worth the money spent.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size I bought this pot during holidays of 2015. In addition the great locking travel lid, It has turned out to be such a great size for my small empty nest family. It is good for casseroles for two, two chicken breasts w/ BBQ or other sauce, 3-4 boneless pork chops w/any favorite seasoning, small pork loin or beef tips au jus, stuffed peppers, side dishes, even desserts. Anything that would sit at the bottom of other slow cookers and not fill 2/3 of the space like recommended. I use mine frequently, more than I use my 4,5,6 qt. cookers. For me shallow is good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Make and Go!! I really enjoy using the casserole crockpot. It's design is sleek looking and its low profile makes for easy storgage. The lockable lid feature is great! Makes for easy transporting when taking a dish to a party. I like it best for making hot dips, side dishes or soups. I have a round tall crockpot and a large oval crockpot, but I like the casserole crockpot the best. It isn't as bulky, doesn't take up as much counter space, and can easily be used with the crock pot bags which I love! Great piece to add to your collection!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great size and great for side dishes This casserole crock works great. The size is perfect for side dishes. I cooked a corn casserole in this on the high setting in 4 hours - the sides of the casserole were nice and browned and I had room to bake other dishes in my oven. I especially like the gasket and the tote feature as it travels really well with no leaks! The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because water collects under the lid handle in the dishwasher after cleaning, but that is the same case with other casseroles I have tried. Highly recommend. I received a sample of this product for purposes of this review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just in time for the Holidays! This is an excellent crock pot for the holidays. The smaller size, attractive cover, and locking lid feature make it perfect for transporting party foods. For everyday use the oval shape allowed me to fit a small roast inside and it was perfect for baking a side dish in the oven and serving in the warmer. The ceramic crock is a plus for even heating, oven use and no worries about non-stick coating flaking off into my food. There are only 3 settings: high, low and warm. I would probably use my larger crock pot with a few more automatic features for every day cooking and save this attractive little pot for parties and holiday dinners. I received this crock pot to try for free so I am unable to make a cost comparison, but I give it 5 stars for everything else!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful crock pot! This crock pot is wonderful! It is a smaller than standard size which I love because it's perfect for a smaller family. Also the smaller size makes it very nice for traveling places so you don't feel like you are lugging around a huge, heavy crock pot. I have made lasagna and a chicken rice bake and they turned out wonderfully! Clean up is a snap with the removable crock. It has ease of use as well. I am extremely happy with this crock pot and highly recommend it! I received this product as a sample to review.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from cute and very useful I find myself using this all the time; I would of given it 5 stars. If it were not for the lid. It get water under the handle from condensation and when you wash it, very difficult to get it all out unless you take screwdriver and loosen it, drain, then re-tighten. I think this is design flaw, should have rubber stopper or something - it just an are for bacteria to grow.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfectly Cooked and Easy Clean-Up I love this size casserole crock pot. I have three different size crock pots and I use this one the most. We are a small family so this size is perfect for what we need while still having some left overs. I bought this for my son and daughter-in-law who are expecting their first. This will help their meal planning after the baby comes. I also bought one for a friend who works and loves to entertain so I am big believer in this crock pot! I think the side locks are great and it is so helpful when I take it to and from work to start the cooking process so I get a jump on dinner while at my job. I prepared the chicken piccata after watching the video and it turned out fantastic! And the baked potatoes are so much better than any other way I have ever cooked them, moist and fork tender. Yummy!

Once food reaches the simmer point, total cook time is dependent on the cut and weight of meat to reach the point of maximum flavor and texture potential.

Most dishes can be prepared on either high or low. This is uniform across all of our current models. In the warm setting, your slow cooker will be between 165-175°F.
Always cook with the lid on for the recommended time. Do not remove the lid during the first two hours of cooking, to allow the heat to build up efficiently.

To avoid undercooking, always fill the stoneware ½ to ¾ full and conform to the recommended cook times (unless guided otherwise in our slow cooker recipes).

If you have any more questions, please reach out to us via our official https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us website or through LiveChat. The lid helps to trap heat and moisture, which are essential for cooking your favorite casseroles, dips, desserts, and more evenly.

The Crock-Pot® Casserole Crock features our Cook & Carry® locking lid system, which provides a secure seal during transport to prevent spills or messes.
