Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty. See Instruction Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this Crock! I purchased this crock around Christmas and have used it several times. I just love it! The size is perfect for just me. I am trying out a new Pinterest recipe for beef roast right now!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! Perfect for parties, potlucks, and football. Excellent size for dips, gravies, and also smaller groups.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect size to take to Potlucks! I bought this model on sale a few years ago and have taken it to many Potluck suppers. Even when filled, it not as heavy and cumbersome as my larger Crock Pots. I can make up a recipe for a side dish and the pot is just the right size. It is definitely a keeper!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Handy new crockport I bought this to use to bring hot items to my neighborhood social. It worked perfectly for keeping my macaroni & cheese casserole hot for the evening. What I really loved was the locking lid for traveling. No more worrying about spills on the way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does NOT reach a temp of 215. The first casserole I had did not get over 180 degrees. I called the co and was told it must be defective. She said no need to return it, just throw it out and they would send me a new one. I received the new one and it also will not reach a temp of 215 which in the Q&A here they say it would. I am returning this item and I feel I should get a FULL refund.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful I put a 2-lb chuck roast on high for two hours and then turned to low. Eight hours later the meat is rare! Don’t buy! What a waste of money. I will certainly buy another brand of slow cooker but never a crock pot!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome I have always wanted a crockpot for casseroles and this just hits the spot. I can cook everything right in one pot and put it on the table and it looks so nice. Cooks real good and the price was great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from High setting temperature stays on 158F I bought my Croc-Pot from Target couple of years ago and used it very occasionally for cooking meat, may be once a quater. Just the other day I decided to make something different and make a soup in it. Unfortunately the soup even on high setting took long time to cook like it was on a low seeting, may be around 8 hours vs 4 hours. And it was a simple ham and potato one. I never questioned a tempreture since I always used high setting and always cooked only meat. Thanks God hadn't been poisoned by food in it. I beleive now I can not cook anything there and it's useless because it simply does not hold the right tempreture. I really like the design and the whole idea of Croc-Pot. Is it possible to replace or fix the base so it gives the right temperature so I can use it further?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've only used it once so far, but it's perfect for one person. I can see myself using it much more often than the stove or oven
Date published: 2017-06-08
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stoneware failure I love this product that I purchased 11 months ago because of the size and lock down lid but... The stoneware is defective! My stoneware developed a Hairline crack in it which was not caused by dropping or banging. I've seen other reviews with same complaint. I feel paying $29.07 for a replacement is excessive when the problem was not caused by the consumer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Size Love the size, and great to make casserole style meals. I plan to buy a second one to keep in my 5th wheel for summer camping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it. Very pleased with it. It's just the right size and it is shallow like a casserole dish should be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just the right size! When I purchased this little gem I thought it would be the perfect size for meals for two. I was not disappointed. I love the size of this 2.5 quart crockpot. It does not take up a lot of counter space. Clean up is easy. Thanks to the Crockpot creators for another great item! Can't wait to see what you come up with next!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Goes from Oven to Warm Easily! I really like this crock! It's a little smaller than I would probably like, but for just the two of us or for party events for small groups, it works great. We used it to keep a casserole warm on a two hour drive and it worked perfectly. I love that the crock easily fits in my oven to make things crispy!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Performance fine My concern is safety. I found a split in the outer coating of the power cord exposing bare wiring. It appears to be a design defect in that the wire position has a 90 degree bend when in use causing unnecessary stress on the power cord. I was on link thinking there may be a manufacturing product recall.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Crock-Pot is very cute, which made it more fun to use. It is smaller then I am used to, so I had to cut down my recipes. It works great for my little family of 2. Disclaimer: I received this product as a sample to review.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I bought the red oval 2.5 qt crockpot, was so excited to find this size but the stoneware bowl was broken and I cannot get a replacement because apparently you don’t sell them?! SERIOUSLY! I am very disappointed as I am a longtime loyal customer of crockpot brand!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love the item but not replacement parts! I was in love with this item as soon as I saw it. After cleaning the stoneware I accidently dropped it and it broke. I have been searching everywhere to find a replacement stoneware but no luck. I don't want to have to purchase entire item all over again but I guess that's what I'm going to have to do. So disappointed!!! So I have to give this 3 star since I will have to purchase a new one. Will recommend just don't drop the stoneware or the lid!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love these I use this quite offten. It is just a really good size and soo versatile. I also have the rectangle casserole , they are so handy. Love them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I have an older version of this Crockpot. It does not have the ability to lock down the lid, which I would love, but I take it with me with the use of rubber bands occasionally. It is the perfect size for 2-4 servings. I actually use it more than any of my other Crockpots - 3 or 4 times per week. I've never had any problems with it - I just love it - and may someday purchase one with the lockdown capability.
