Rated 2 out of 5 by from Scratched! I was so excited to use this for the first time and was super careful taking it out of the box, only to find a huge scratch/indentation on the inside of the pot. Still debating whether to still use it or if the integrity of the pots been compromised. I’m new to the whole slow-cooker thing so I just don’t know if something like this really matters in the long run? Kinda bummed now

Rated 1 out of 5 by from There is definitely a problem with this lid I purchased a new crock pot to replace my 10 year old crock pot. I have used crock pots for for over thirty years and never had an issue. I use them several times a week. The first time I used this, I removed the cover after cooking on low for 8 hours. Much to my horror, the handle came off and the lid shattered into millions of pieces of glass all over the kitchen!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from lid shattered on low! I bought this last year and have maybe used 5 times. I made a soup/stew today and after spending 90 minutes chopping veggies, I turned on low; leaving the house the last hour. When i returned, the lid had shattered - ruining contents... Dangerous!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Glass everywhere! I heard a pop...lid shattered. Glass everywhere. $$$$ lost on food and no meal for family

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burnt dish I started my Crock-Pot on low this morning and did some things around the house and ran a quick errand. I came home to stir it and one side was completely burnt and the other cooking just fine. The one side is so burnt I can't get the residue off so I can no longer use this item. I'm also scared to use it if it burns something again or catches fire.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love that’s it’s not electronic Love this pot. It’s my second pot like this, my daughter broke my first one. I love the lock down feature on it and also it’s not one of the new electronic panels. I like just a nob with off high med and low. I cooks well and just the right size

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Crock-Pot I had one for a little over a year then I moved and the lid broke I can't find the replacement lid . I love that it has the cook&carry lid. I bought another one but hoping to find replacement lid since I use them Thanksgiving and Christmas

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lid Shattered during use I was using my 6 quart oval portable cooker today and I heard a loud pop in the kitchen. When I went to investigate I found the lid on my cooker had shattered. When I tried to lift it off the glass crumbled in on my food. Not only did I have a mess to clean up, we had no dinner. I have done some searching on the internet and this does not seem to be a random incident. Now I have a cooker w/o a lid that is virtually useless.
