Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lid I see there is a vent hole on glass lid. Did it come with a plug or is lid hole intentional for venting?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Crockpot gets too hot on warm setting I bought mine right before Thanksgiving as a second Crockpot (we had lost both of ours in Hurricane Ian and only replaced one). This one gets too hot. First time I placed mashed potatoes in to keep warm and it burnt the sides of potatoes. The next time I placed a roast and potatoes on low and within 4 hours it was boiling and liner had swelled to the top of the lid (almost pushed the liquid out of top). Luckily I was home and able to shut off and let it cool down.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after too few uses. The electronic controls froze after only 10 uses. It will not provide over 30 minutes of heating. Temperature selection not available. A gift. I would not have bought a programmable one. Too much heat. I have a competitors manual model over 30 years old that works fine. The 30 second reset from the web site did not work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working on second use! I p purchased this crockpot at the end of November… thinking I should replace my very ancient 1980s crockpot. I used it once over the holidays and then again today. Today I decided to use the timer function when the initial two hours was up, the crockpot had turned off, which I thought was probably normal considering the timer use. I checked what was cooking and determined it needed extra time. However, the crockpot would not turn back on. I unplugged it and plugged it back in. I tried a different plug. I tried each button on the crockpot, and yet nothing would get crockpot to turn back on. I will call Customer Service during business hours. And in the meantime, I have transferred my meal to my 1980s crockpot to finish cooking. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in hope that I don’t need to pay to package and mail this back somewhere.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Replacing Lid On the Crock-Pot website to replace the lid. Within six months of getting this pot which we wanted for the locking lid for traveling, one of the clips on the lid the rivet broke off. Did not know this until someone found the rivet in their food. :( Hoping the new lid doesn't have this issue. Otherwise we like it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only worked once Received this as a gift, used it once and worked great. Went to use it again and it doesn’t work :(. Plugged it in and the screen turns on but it doesn’t heat up at all. Not sure what happened to make it stop working after one use considering I’ve been using an old faithful crock pot brand slow cooker for 12 years! Going to have to consider another brand for my slow cooker needs if I have to replace it after one use!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Makes everything dry I've owned several crockpots and never had the issue of them drying stuff out. I bought this model because I liked the fact that it was programmable. Everything that I have ever cooked in it has always been very dried out. I am so disappointed in this crockpot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The BEST Crockpot you can buy! I recently purchased this crockpot and I love it!. The cooking time, based on the recipes that I've tried, is dead on. I also love the keep warm setting because I don't have to worry about overcooking a meal. One of the best features is the lock down lid. This allows you to transport the crockpot without worrying about spillage. Plus by purchasing the crockpot directly from the vendor I saved about $20!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient and Reliable, like an at-home chef! To be able to load in my meal for the evening, set my desired heat and time, and not have to look at it until it’s done is so nice! I will get work done or chores around my apartment while it does the cooking for me. It’s safe to use especially because once the timer is done, it switches the mode to warm. I have had it for a couple of years now and it is just as good as when I first bought it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money This crockpot lasted me one year and five months. I have had crockpots in the past that lasted me decades. It is out of warranty after a year. My husband took it apart to see why it just stopped working (after having a dinner for 12 in it for 3 1/2 hours before I realized it wasn't working). A wire on the inside was completely burned and broken in half. I will never buy another of this brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Owned for approximately 1 year - stopped working I really liked this crockpot - when it worked. Have probably used it 8 or 10 times in year or so since purchase. Threw a pot of chili on only to find a few hours later, no heat. Product stopped working.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY I got this as a gift from my registry and when we opened it it was all dented up. The bottom part was half way off. And They won’t let me return it and I’m stuck with it since I don’t have the receipt and it was a gift. Will definitely never recommend anybody.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burns Then Cracks Very disappointing. Burned food which stuck to pot even on low setting. Crock insert began cracking after a few uses, and completely cracked through after less than 20 been unable to replace crock for quite awhile. Not what I expected after using a slow cooker for years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the greatest product LOVED this crockpot while it lasted….Just used it last month for a church fellowship and not it is not working. Main panel won’t stay work. Ruined over $50 worth of groceries for a dinner with a less than year old crockpot.. Should have figured this was going to be the case based off these reviews however I did not see these prior to purchasing this item from Walmart last year.
Date published: 2025-03-07
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not last Do not buy!!! The insert in this crockpot is coated in a non-stick coating that is not durable at all. Just after the 1 year warranty ran out, mine started flaking off. The crockpot is now not usable due to the flaking coating getting in the food. Crockpot told me there was nothing they could do to help me because it was past a year. This crockpot is not worth the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I had the 7 Quart Cook & Carry for two years and the programming piece died. Set everything up that morning before going to work. Unfortunately, when I came home, the meat wasn't cooked. I double checked the temperature settings and tried a different plug. I even thought it may have been human error, but wasn't. It is disappointing the Crockpot lasted a short time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after only a few uses I purchased this crock pot for my family of 6 and loved the timer setting. Used it for the fourth time and came home to a crockpot full of raw chicken. The heating element does not heat at all on either setting. Very disappointed in this, especially now to see this has happened multiple time and Crockpot has done nothing to fix it and is still selling them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spacious, programmable slow cooker with a secure l This Crockpot 7-Quart Cook & Carry is perfect for large meals and gatherings. The programmable settings make cooking effortless, and the large capacity fits roasts, soups, and stews with ease. The locking lid is great for transport, preventing spills, and the removable stoneware is easy to clean. Durable, stylish, and reliable for everyday or party use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable, roomy 7-quart slow cooker with an easy t I love this Crock-Pot 7-quart Cook & Carry slow cooker. The size is perfect for family meals and meal prep. It heats evenly, the programmable timer is convenient, and it switches to warm to prevent overcooking. The lid seals well and the handles make it easy to move for potlucks. Cleanup is simple and results are consistently tender and flavorful

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor Quality, Programmable screen shorted out. I bought this about 3 years ago. The digital screen is half shorted out, making it impossible to program. The cord is way too short (only 24") and impossible to take to a potluck or buffet without needing an extension cord. It barely plugs into the outlet on my island. NOT the quality I expect from a $50 crockpot. my old one lasted 20 years!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not Buy I bought this last Christmas. As I was cooking chicken in it the other day I heard a loud pop, I've heard this before so I didn't think anything of it until it came time to wash the crockpot. There is a crack across the bottom on the inside and outside, which explains the burnt food on the heating element below the crock. So disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracked insert This was my first time using a Crock Pot. The insert got a hairline crack after a few uses. The crack kept getting bigger and now we can’t use it anymore. I’m surprised that the quality was so poor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cook and Carry Crockpot I have used crockpot slow cookers for the last 20 years and they are a very convenient tool to create tasty dinners or appetizers for party’s and so on. You can use this for many different dishes which is a huge plus. I like the cook and carry option on these as you can make something and take it with you. The programmable option is ok it lets you set the cook time from 30 mins to 20 hours I believe, I do wish you could set this to come on at a certain time as well as cook for a certain time so you could leave and it would come on by itself but even without that feature it is a versatile cooker, I recommend using the liners as a easy cleanup but if you don’t you can rinse off the pot and lid and throw them in the dishwasher. I have had to replace my crockpot about every three years which takes a star off for me as I wish it would last longer, overall I think every household should have one of these especially for bringing food for holidays, parties and more.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Won’t Come On Received the unit early this year as a gift and have only been able to use it 2 times. Every time I have to play with the control panel, try the reset procedure, etc. Now I’m told my warranty claim is “outside of the terms of the warranty” but no specifics…. Guessing because I did not receiver a gift receipt?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No real difference between high and low temp The high temp is only 15°F higher than the low temp. After 2 hours, low temp was at 190°, and high temp was 205°. Seems as though the low temp cooking does the exact same thing as the high temp. Food is way overcooked cooking on low for 8 hours. Can't even use high temp for short times. Doesn't make sense.
