Fantastic slow cooker!
we bought this recently and have tested it several times with various recipices, including a slow cooked whole checken. This pot does an excellent job ; all the meals were tasty and moist. One feature we really like is the secure clamp down top that eliminates all spillage.. extra perk of small pot will come in very hany when we do up chocolate covered strawberries for the holidays.

Too hot from the beginning
Bought this last year at Kohl's was hoping to have an extra method of keeping food warm for Thanksgiving because I generally use my Instant Pot. Well the first day I used it my food was burnt/scorched. I assumed it was user error and put the crock-pot away. Well with a chili cook off coming up thought it would be nice to use the crockpot to take to the cook off. Too make sure before ruining a pot of chili and my chances at the cook off, I filled the crock pot with water and turned it on to warm. Checked the temperature in the morning and sure enough my suspicion was correct. The temp of the water was 291 degrees Fahrenheit! Now I haven't contacted customer support mainly because I do not have my receipt from last year. But, just be leary of this model and keep your receipt until your sure it works properly.

Dont waste your money they are not bulit the same.
I recently bought this crock-pot because the one I have finally stopped working. I had it for over 15 years. Used the warm feature and it burnt my meal it became so hot I had to unplug the crock pot. Not only that but the crock does not sit all the way down into the base like my original crock pot that I have had for over 15 years. These used to be the best things on earth when cooking for the family not so sure anymore. I have filled out the form to notify crock-pot of the issue still waiting for response.

Looks nice but terrible functionality
You can only cook for 4 or 6 hours on high; or 8 or 10 hours on low. In addition, once you start, the display doesn’t show how much time has elapsed. Further - when on the warm setting, it still boils (too hot!). I hate this crock pot and really regret spending $70 on it.

Low Quality & Limited Functionality
After finding that I couldn’t get a replacement part for a broken crock, I decided to get this set based on the fact I could buy it same-day in-store. While I LOVE the aesthetics, this item is not worth the buy. Here’s why:
1. The limited functionality of the product. You can either cook on HIGH for 4 or 6 hours or on LOW for 8 or 10 hours. This is a step down from my other product where you could customize within 30 minute increments on either high or low.
2. The 7qt crock feels lighter and thinner than my 6qt that just broke after accidentally dropping it in the sink. I question this item’s durability and ability to cook evenly. Also, the coating is already messed up in at least one place. The rim is not symmetrical, and I’m not sure if that’s because it’s defective or not, but in comparison to all my other crockpots, this seems like a quality control error.
3. There’s a gap around the sides and bottom plastic of the unit. My concern would be that liquid could get in due to overflow or spills/splashes.
4. I hand washed the lid once, and there is already signs of rusting at the lid latch.
5. The crock of the warmer cannot be removed for cleaning, so this could be cumbersome if something was stuck on.
Though very pretty, I would not recommend this set. I have photos, but the upload feature is making this link freeze and crash.

Limited function
I have used crockpots for years. Bought this new one for the locking lid. But you can only cook with the one touch feature. I can't cook on low for 6 hours for example.
This would be perfect if it had the digital timer instead of one touch.

Burns everything it cooks
Received as a Christmas gift in 2023. Have not used many times; each time crockpot is used reflects temperature instability and burns food even if time of cooking is reduced in half and with adequate liquid use per directions. If a crock pot liner is used, it burns and adheres to the side of crockpot. If you place food on warm setting it still boils in the crockpot. I called crockpot for assistance and the representative stated if I had issues I should have called sooner and was condescending. I agree, I should have troubleshot this as soon as it happened the first time. I just kept thinking it would get better and then with infrequent use I forgot until I used it again yesterday. Very disappointed in this product. Love the color, but it ruins your food!

Lid handle cracked in a week
