Thank you for your inquiry regarding our 7-Quart Cook &amp; Carry&reg; Slow Cooker. There is no exact temperature for the Warm setting since the slow cooker cycles on and off to maintain safe heat. Generally, it keeps food above the USDA-recommended safe holding temperature of 140&deg;F.

Please press the SELECT button to choose a programmed time and temperature. Cook time options include 4 or 6 hours on HIGH, or 8 or 10 hours on LOW. The corresponding light illuminates, the slow cooker heats, and the internal timer starts counting down the time.
