Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

The outside of the pot gets WAY too hot!!
Just bought this crockpot today from Meijer. I made soup in it and within 30 mins of it being on Low Temp I realized the outside was EXTREMELY hot. It also boiled my soup and started to burn. Don’t buy this crockpot, it’s so dangerous. I almost burned myself and I only touched the outside of the pot! I

My favorite crock pot ever!
absolutely love this and I even gave away my original crock pot because I love this one so much! I love that you can set a timer and that everything is digital! The lid has an awesome seal so I can quickly store and travel with it. It is very easy to clean and makes cook g for my family a breeze!

It’s okay
I’m not super impressed by this model. I have an old Crockpot slow cooker and thought this would be an upgrade, but unfortunately it’s not. The ceramic part of the pot is fine, but the outer pot/holder is cheap. Feels flimsy and not as well insulated like my old one. It gets super super hot!

This crockpot holds alot, i have a family of 8 and this is perfect. This is a beautiful addition to my countertop I love the look of this one! This is easy to clean and so convenient, I put it on low before work and when I get home I give it a stir and its dinner time! We highly recommend 👌

Simple and effective
I love it! It was great for the chili I made this holiday for my family. It held enough to feed 10 people and kept the food nice and warm. It only has three settings but it gets to a safe cooking point! I do need to purchase liners as to not mess up the removable glass bowl.

Beautiful durable crockpot
This is a great Crockpot. The lid can lock down to make it spill proof. The bottom has rollers so it glides on your countertops. It’s easy to clean and the time control settings is so nice. Once it completes it’s time you set it on, it will automatically go to warm setting.

Clip on for portability
I am so unhappy, I bought this crock pot after researching which one to buy for months, I bought this one because it has the clip on for easy portability. Welp I went to go get it today and the clip is missing off the lid, I've used it 4 times. I'm so upset!

Scratched and broken
Bought this at Walmart, the whole front was scratched i said well it will still cook. I got it out of the cabinet today to use for the first,, the timer on the front don't work. Sadly Ive only owned it a week I done burnt my box so I can't take it back.

Portable and easy to clean
Received this as a gift. First time I used it the tub cracked and they did send a new one. I’d prefer the ones where you can set your time on it instead of just the 4 options. On a positive note it is very portable and always cleans easily.

Poorly made
I received this crockpot from my young children as a Christmas gift as I have always wanted a crockpot with a locking lid. I don't use the crockpot often, but on it's 5th use, the locking part snapped right off of the cover. Very upsetting.

This is a great slow cooker!
Absolutely love this slow cooker. It’s very spacious, seems very durable, cleanup is easy as you can remove the ceramic from the outer heating element. I made Birria tacos and the slow cooker made the meat so tender. No complaints here!

Broke too soon
I have had this less than 1 year and on the 4th time using it, it stopped working. Broken and so far haven’t been able to contact customer support due to their hours. Otherwise, the size, how it cooks and the timer features are great.

A wonderful choice
This 7qt crackpot is wonderful. Big enough for enough food for 4. It's easy to carry and the locking lid is wonderful. It locked the lid in place and keep the food hotter for a longer period of time. Best part it's dishwasher safe.

Dented straight out of the box. The outer part and handles feel super cheaply made. Crock pot used to have quality products and now they all seem cheap and flimsy. I'll have to look to another brand for my replacement.

Gotta buy!
It’s very durable and I love it. It’s easy to take and bring anywhere with you. When I cooked I was able to fit a lot of food inside enough to feed 9 people. It’s so easy to clean as the actual pot is ceramic.

Great for lazy meals
I love my crock pot especially if I want to cook something lazy. You can slow cook all day or speed it up by putting it to high. Just put the food to cook and do worry about it until it’s done!
