Terrible quality
I purchased this from Kohl's over a year ago. I have only used it about 10 times . The feet fall off, leaving the entire unit off balance. I have reached out to crock pot via email 3x and I am told they are out of the replacement feet. Really? Also, there is something rolling around in the sealed metal part of the unit. The outside of the crock pot gets scalding hot, my order crock pot was never this hot!

Not a Fan
I've had this crock pot for 2 years. I went to remove the stoneware after cooking a pot roast, and noticed there was burnt juice in the cooker and the stoneware had several cracks across the bottom. This is a replacement for a crock pot I had for 7 years, so having this one break after 2 years is so disappointing. Also, the stainless steel on the outside is rusting. Very disappointed in the quality.

Timer has quit working!
I bought this Crockpot around a year ago + or - a few months. I am not exactly sure, but I have only used it maybe three times. I was happy until today. I pulled it out to use and to discover that the timer display is not coming on. I can set the warm, low, high, but no timer display. I paid way too much for this to work only three times. Very, very upset!!!! I cannot recommend this product at all!

Bad crock
I’ve had crockpots for years and never had any issues until they finally died and needed replaced. I purchased this one and idk if it’s because it gets so hot or if it’s a bad quality of crock but we made chili and I couldn’t figure out why there was spillage in the bottom of the cooker. I washed the crock and it’s literally cracked all the way around the bottom and up to the top. So disappointing.

"CRACKED"POT
The"crock" had a fine crack in it that wasn't visible. When I used it, the liquid leaked out all over my countertop, and more. I've used crockpots all my life and this has never happened before. It's only 6 months old. I see where this has happened to others. Obviously, I can't recommend this.
I'm finding it difficult on this site, to request an undamaged replacement. This has been a nightmare!

Should’ve researched before buying this model
I bought this in July, but just opened last week. Today was my 3rd time using this, and noticed a crack on my liner. It made sense why I had pork juice on the bottom of the crockpot when I lifted the liner. The food cooks really fast (even on a low setting). This is my 3rd crockpot replacing 2 of my crockpots I bought 8 and 10 years ago. I am bummed that this hasn’t lasted even a mont of use…

love the size, hate the temperature
I have used this 3 times now and it has burned my food each time. I tried using low and it still boils and the food sticks to the bottom and sides. I even turned it to warm when making soup today and it still burned despite my stirring it every hour. I love the size but will return it since I wouldn't be able to use it when I wasn't home to constantly stir and adjust the temperature.

Awesome Crockpot
The programmable slow cooker has become my go to appliance in my kitchen. I like that it has a sleek, modern look and is highly functional. I love the fact that I can put our dinner in there before work, select whether I want it cooked on high or low and the time. After it's finished cooking, it will also keep the meal warm until the time for it to be served. Before using this product, I used a similar crock pot, but was not as happy with the performance on this one. The size is also perfect for everything I've cooked in it this far. My only minus on this product is that I've burned my fingers twice on it. It gets pretty hot around the top and when grabbing for the handles I have touched the hot part a couple times. Could simply be user error and not paying close enough attention. This is issue is not significant enough for me to not use it, it's still my favorite kitchen appliance, I just use more caution now.

My Insert Broke!
I have cooked with Crock Pots all my life and have never had one fail until this one. I use them weekly. Today when I lifted the insert out, I discovered that it had cracked during cooking and had leaked fluids outside the insert. I am so disappointed, as it is just under a year old and I have been extremely pleased with it up until now. I would like it replaced, please.

Trusted brand
Crock-Pot is already such an iconic brand it is no wonder this product meets every expectation I would have for it. It's large capacity is going to come in great for the holidays! It cooks very evenly without any "hot spots". The programmable feature is very easy to use and and convenient as well. Nice that it switches to warm after time has ended. Great product.

Cracked pot
Bought Oct 2021. Used 6-8 times. No vent release on cover. Today however: beef roast in crock checked it 3 hours later, liquid all over the counter and down onto the hardwood floor-who knows what seeped in between the slats. In course of cleaning went to lift the crock out to assess as smelled burnt. The sides came out and the bottom stayed behind with my roast.

I have used my crockpot twice and it cooks way too high. The first dish I made (on low) the cheese burned after 3 hours when it should have taken 6 hrs to cook. The whole dish was dry and burned. The second time I used it, the chili was boiling and where it should have taken 6 hours, I had to turn it to warm after 3. I don't dare leave the house when it is on.

Burns Food
My husband bought this crockpot for me for Christmas, I used it tonight for the first time. After only 3 hours, recipe indicated should cook for 6, the contents were boiling, I turned it to warm until we ate dinner, 3.5 hours later when it was supposed to be done. When taking the chicken out it was burned to the bottom of the crock right through the crockpot bag, had to through it all out as the bag melted to the meat, can't feed my family plastic.
As I sat down tonight to look up this crockpot I can't believe it is still being sold, there are reviews going back two years that I saw reporting the problem with the food cooking to hot and burning.
The power cord is also way to short, it barely reaches the outlet, forget about moving away from the wall or out from under the counter, you don't have any cord to move it.
I will be looking to return this crockpot, but having thrown away all the packaging it may be difficult.

Don’t buy!
I received this as Christmas gift and have used it less than 10 times. I used it today and noticed a lot of liquid strained out. I didn’t see until I went to clean the crock that there is a crack in it. The heating element looked like it was over heating from the leak in the crock. We’re very fortunate it didn’t start a fire when we were at work.

Disappointing
I received this crocpkpot as a Christmas gift 9 months ago. I use it at least twice a month. I cooked a pork tenderloin in it today. After removing the disposable cooking liner, I pulled the bowl out and it broke into 2 pieces just like one of the other reviews. I have used slow cookers my entire adult life and have NEVER seen this happen before.

Stoneware Broke after 3rd use
I had an old crockpot for years. It quit working, so my mom bought me this model for Christmas (2021). After the 3rd use, the entire bottom of the stoneware broke off from the sides. I am really disappointed in the quality of this product. I also can’t find the replacement stoneware that will fit my crockpot model, so now I have no slow cooker.

Temp is too high!
I decided to upgrade from my old crockpot but wish I would have left well enough alone. The only good thing with the new one is the size. The frustration I am running into is it cooks too hot! High or low...stuff burns on the bottom and edges. I even have had the crockpot liners melt and stick to the bottom. Would not recommend this crockpot.

Great product!
I got this Crock-Pot a few weeks ago & it's fantastic! I've used it several times & it cooks good perfectly every time. The digital controls are even easier than the previous model. The design is very modern & sleek. The 8 qt capacity is plenty of room to cook an entire meal for the whole family. I am so glad I have this product, I love it!!

Low boils my food
I bought this Crockpot to replace an old model. This new model boils all my food even on low and on warm. I only use it for something that is already cooks that I want to heat fast. i.e. chicken soup or chili. IT DOES NOT SLOW COOK AT ALL. Do not waste your money. I am currently looking for some other brand that actually works.

Problems with the lid
My old Crockpot got a crack in it, so I ordered a new 8 Quart to replace it. The lid in this newer model has a rubber seal in the vent hole, which it does not release the stream. The lid shakes so much that it splatters liquid during the cooking, making a huge mess. My old Crockpot worked great. We want to return it.

Crock Broke during Cooking
I received this as a gift last Christmas, yesterday while cooking a roast, I heard a pop, but did not think anything of it. However, when I removed the cooking bag, AFTER we had eaten, the crock was broken. I am thankful I had used the bag to cook in. Crazy how the side cracked, like I now have a window. Frustrating.

This 8-quart Crock-Pot is excellent, especially if
This 8-quart Crock-Pot is excellent, especially if you cook for several people or like to prepare meals in advance. It has a great capacity and cooks food evenly, leaving it tender and full of flavor. I love that it's programmable, so I can leave it running without worrying, and the food is ready at the specified time.

Both original and replacement cracked
We got this as gift from our wedding registry, only used it a few times. Noticed it seemed to run hot compared to our other older crock pot. After a few uses the pot cracked. We took it to bed bath and beyond (just before the bankruptcy) and they replaced it with another one. The replacement just cracked tonight.

Thought it was a good one
Bought this about a year or less, used it maybe 6 times, seemed to run on the hotter end of the settings, last time we used it we found burnt food between the insert and cooker, turns out the crock has crack most of the way around it. Never dropped, always hand washed. I doubt a replacement is even available.

Crockpot - Bottom Of Ceramic Pot Cracked
I bought this crockpot over a year and a half ago. This is my third crockpot and each time I bought a larger size. This is the first one the bottom of the ceramic pot cracked during cooking. Disappointed! The last two had lasted way longer than that. I have given the away after upgrade to a larger size.

Overheats
This crockpot overheats, burning food, but more importantly creating a very unsafe operating environment. On the lowest setting, warm, the crockpot strongly boils. The higher settings are worse. I reached out to the company regarding this but have not heard back. They are not standing by their product.

Brand disappointment
Bought this a couple of years ago. A crack developed and I started to use liners since the device is not that old. Now I noticed the crack is getting worse and it does not cook evenly. My last crockpot was good for 10 years. Only reason I replaced it was I could not get a replacement stoneware for it.
