Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Time saver! This slow cooker by “Crockpot” is a one of best cooking appliance’s one could have in their household! If you worry about not having enough time in the day to cook, this is the appliance for you! Whether you’re making a roast with veggies and potatoes , frozen meatballs or a nice warm soup, all you have to do is combine all the ingredients and let the slow cooker do the rest! It comes with a temperature settings and even a timer with a safety feature that shuts off once it’s ready. The finished product is a delicious tender and juicy roast with lots of flavor stored inside, tasty meatballs or a nice flavorful comforting soup for those cold days. It even has a ceramic bowl in which comes off the device so you can easily hand wash or pop in the dishwasher for easy cleaning, which who doesn’t love! So if you struggle to find time in the days to cook or just want to have a perfectly cooked tender roast or delicious home made soup, this is just the thing for you!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Don't buy this crock pot! I bought this crock pot 2 years ago at Sam's. I thought it was getting a great deal. For the last couple of months, it cooks on high even when on warm. I put my pork chops on warm after they were cooked and came back to find them boiling and burnt. So disappointed as I love the carry case and how easy it is to take places.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Exterior Gets Dangerously Hot! I bought this because of the programmable feature, the pretty exterior, and the trusted CrockPot brand. I love everything about it EXCEPT the fact that the exterior and the handles get extremely hot! How this got past any kind of quality control is a mystery to me. I am disappointed and am looking for a new slow cooker.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It was great until it stopped heating all the way. I have had this crockpot for about 2-3 years and they just don’t make things to last like they used to. The controls work fine but after 5 hours on high my chicken is still frozen in places and cold in others. The crockpot was just warm! Not very reliable now and I would expect appliances to last a lot longer for sure.

Called the number provided but it wasn’t the right number. All so frustrating. Do not buy. They don’t make these like they used to. Have had the last one for 7+ years.

I love the timer feature on it, and the fact that it automatically switches to “keep warm” once your cooking time has ended. Very easy to use. The only real negative I have is the shiny finish-will show stains and prints easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DOA Tried using this for the first time to make chili. Worked for about 3 hours, then made a loud cracking pop sound. Then around 4 hours in the panel lights started flashing and it stopped heating. Unplugging, resetting, nothing helped reset it and then it went totally dead.
