Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Feed the whole crowd
I've had this crockpot for 4 years, maybe more. I'm a proud owner of 4 different sizes, but this one is my 'go to' for meals large enough for teenage midwestern boys appetites. I love the oval shape, so I can fit a decent sized Turkey breast or a large chicken or a whole pork shoulder.

Wobbly Lid
Is this a common issue or should I exchange it for another. My lid is super wobbly and slides around a ton. Not sure if it’s a lis issue or pot issue?

You can get burned by hot exterior!
Beware: The outside silver exterior of this crockpot gets so extremely hot while cooking that if you accidently touch it or bump it you will get scalded! See the photos of my arm after I opened the refrigerator door and I bumped the hot crockpot on the countertop behind me!

New birthday gift from my son
My son bought me a new crockpot for my birthday on 11/16/22. I’m using it for the first time today but I’m a little taken back that the stainless steel outside gets super hot. No other crockpot I’ve owned has ever been too hot to touch. Is this a a defect or what’s expected to happen?
