As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

1 Year Limited Warranty. See Product Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful way to cook and safe time. I purchased this product three days ago at Walmart and I absolutely love it and the next day that I purchased the crockpot I made beef stew and it came out absolutely superb. It is something that helps me due to the fact that I can prepare everything early and put it on slow cook a bottle and 6 to 8 hours later it's completely done. I would recommend it to anyone who is always busy and does not have time because it's working you can prepare everything in the morning put it into your crockpot and by the time you get home do you have a great meal.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I enjoyed cooking in it, but was surprised when I emptied the leftovers after they cooled down and placed the ceramic dish in the sink to soak it with soap and water when I eventually noticed it had a crack in the bottom. I thought it was a scratch as no water had leaked out. Unfortunately, it is 14 months old and passed its warranty. I’ve had crockpots forever and usually send them with grandkids for college or throw them away when my husband thinks the handles are too warn for safety reasons or they look tacky.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from An excellent product I bought this crock-pot 25 years ago. The 1st meal was the Polynesian Pork Roast. It was a big hit. Since then I've cooked that recipe, many roast turkeys, which and many recites as offered in your cook book with great success. Thanks for an excellent and enduring product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crock-Pot Slow Cooker Manual 8 quart Slow Cooker R I adore this Crock-Pot! The color makes it a beautiful yet classy kitchen addition. The 8 quart size is perfect for my family. It's easy to make stew, soup, chili, or even a nice cobbler for dessert. With dual temperature settings you can set it and forget it while you work, or run out to do errands etc. It's easy to clean. While it doesn't have all the bells and the whistles some Crock-Pot's do. It makes up with being durable and affordable. Thank you for the free full size product in exchange for my honest review. #FreeSample #cooking #complimentary #sponsored #crockpot #slowcookers

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality insert! My 8qt crockpot is few years old, I bought it in Walmart and used only few times. This morning I saw a hairline crack on the insert. I am very frustrated that the insert is such low quality compared to the previous models that lasted for many years. It is also impossible to find an 8qt insert for purchase anywhere. How come you don’t sell them at your website? It is incredibly irresponsible to and not eco conscious to throw away a good electrical part just because you failed to provide parts.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

On your slow cooker, both High and Low stabilize at the same temperature 209°F; it is just a matter of how long it takes to reach the simmer point.

On High, it takes approximately 3-4 hours, whereas, on Low, it takes approximately 7-8 hours to reach the simmer point.

On the Warm setting, your slow cooker will achieve 165-175°F. Please remember that these are all approximate temperatures and they can vary depending on what you are cooking.

The unit can also boil on High and Low. We do recommend that you always fill your slow cooker 1/2 - 3/4 of the way full, including at least one cup of liquid or sauce. You may have to adjust your cook times accordingly, especially if you are using older slow cooker recipes, or adapting regular recipes for slow cooker use. This will prevent the food from drying out and burning.

If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us directly.
