As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Crock broke easily I only used this 3 times and the crock cracked. I’m trying to find a replacement crock but I can’t find one for this model. Love the size because it holds plenty. Hate to throw out the lid and heating element.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beginner friendly The Crockpot is a fantastic addition to any kitchen, especially for those looking for convenience without compromising on taste. Its temperature control is precise and easy to adjust, allowing for perfect slow-cooking results every time. The user-friendly interface makes it simple to set up, and even beginners can get started without a fuss. Cleanup is also a breeze, thanks to the non-stick, removable inner pot. For anyone wanting a reliable, easy-to-use slow cooker, I highly recommend this Crockpot—it’s a true time-saver with delicious results!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent slow cooker that can hold a lot of food. Made a cherry dump cake for reviewing this slow cooker. Typically my slow cooker recipes turn out great, however, the recipe I made for this review didn’t turn out so well. The cherry layer was burnt and the top layer wasn’t cooked, therefore, this doesn’t seem to be the best slow cooker for recipes containing a lot of liquid as the temperature control may be uneven. Dislike that there’s not an indicator light to let you know whether the cooker is on or not. Very easy to clean and can store a large capacity of food.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVE my new crock pot. My first test of the crockpot was to make some delicious homemade ramen soup. Not only was it easy to initially make but it was also quite handy to be able to reheat/warm the leftovers too. It’s the perfect size and gives you more than enough room for a large family portion. We are so excited to have a crock pot just in time for thanksgiving, because it truly does add an elevated level of flavor to whatever you make in it. We love that the stoneware is dishwasher safe to make cleaning afterward super easy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from HOT POT This crock pot gets too hot even on low. Breaks crock pot liners EVERYTIME making it very hard to clean. I'm extremely disappointed with this product and would return it but it was received as a gift and don't know where it was purchased. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Crockpot Great crockpot! I made a double batch of potato soup in this (fed 9 people) and had plenty of room!! I absolutely love how big it is. The red is so cute and looks nice on the counter. It cooked really well, I was nervous since it’s such a big pot it would take forever to cook, but it had the same cook time as had I made 1 batch (about 3 hours on high) so very impressed by that! Super easy to clean, just remove the pot and its slick surface makes it where nothing really sticks. So happy I got this!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cracked I got this crock pot on Christmas 2024 have used it a few handfuls throughout the year. Was using it yesterday and when pulling out the contents found out that it was cracked in half. Never had that with my other one of 20plus years.
Date published: 2025-01-19
Rated 3 out of 5 by from I bought this one less then a year ago after my old one's digital display stopped working. After using this one about a dozen times the bowl cracked in half, I would like to buy just the bowl but can't find it. Any suggestions?

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Smelled like melted plastic I bought this 6 months ago and tried using it a handful of times. Each time I used it it smelled like melted plastic. The crock itself was a green color, not black. Definitely a defect...I tossed the whole thing in the trash.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I’ve used this crockpot a handful of times, this last use I noticed the enamel has chipped in the bowel. Have had this for less than a year. Always hand wash and always used wooden or plastic utensils. Disappointed.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very light lid I bought this two weeks ago and I noticed the lid is very lose fitting. I am comparing this one to the one I had for over 29 years. It was much heavier and the lid was heavy glass. I cooked a meal I have done several times in the past and what I did notice was that it took longer to cook. In the past in 4hrs on high my meal would be done but this time it took around 6 hrs. I believe it has to do with the lid because it does leave quite a large gap on the sides and it is not heavy at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sucky quality 2nd Crock-Pot brand slow cooker in a year. And the stoneware has cracked during cooking both times, there was plenty of liquid, but because of the crack it all leaked out and dinner was ruined.
Date published: 2024-09-17
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not last I have had mine less than a year and it now overcooks everything. I turn it on low and everything burns. If I use warm everything is cold. It has major hotspots and just doesn’t cook well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The handle isn’t centered! I got this for Christmas. And I used it today but when I opened it I noticed the handle on the lid is not centered? Hmmm is this defective? It’s quit annoying really.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very disappointed I got this crockpot for Christmas and I used it one time and went to use it again and the entire side was busted out and everything leaked out. Very disappointed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exactly what I needed!! I needed a new crockpot and headed to Walmart yesterday to get this one. I specifically wanted the 8qt crockpot since I like to make big batches of chili and soups! This crockpot doesn’t disappoint! I got my chili going this morning for the day and it’s perfect! My old crockpot was a 7qt and my chili would be right up to the top on the brink of over flowing lol so the 8qt is the best size! I got this from our local Walmart for only $42!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Crockpot I just brought another Crockpot slow cooker. It is always nice to have more than one, especially when you are a professional cook, cooking a big family meal. I love the Crockpot brand, and I don't hesitate to snatch their products up, especially when I can get them on sale. I have two crockpots that are probably close to 10 years old that are still very functional, and I use quite frequently. Thank you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Roast who !? Roast chicken beef pork!? Your pick!! Wow! Just an amazing way to cook while still getting a lot done! And the space inside you can make a little or a lot! If u have a feast your chances of fitting in there are huge! You can’t really change the temperature but you have time to stop cooking or keep going! Best part is that it is not hard to clean! And it looks like it will last a life time !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Cooker We made chili as soon as this arrived. Crockpot is awesome as always. This large capacity Crockpot heated evenly and cleaned up in a snap. This particular model does not come with a timer, but it's not necessary for our weekend meals. It does have a warm setting. I love the color. Crockpot is reliable as always. This was a pleasure to test.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The pot doesn't fit the base so it takes five hours to get hot. Worst buy ever

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice product definitely reccommend Very nice crock pot definitely has enough room for multiple servings, I have a big family and it for sure has the capacity for a decent roast, and the temperatures are nice so you can cook it on low high ir just keep things warm! Cleaning isn't bad either because it has a non stick lining so all you have to do is rinse it off!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Crockpot for Easy, Flavorful Meal I’ve been using this Crockpot and it’s been great for making meals with minimal effort. The settings are straightforward – just set it to low, high, or warm, and it does the rest. Meat comes out tender, and flavors really develop well. It’s perfect for busy days when I want a home-cooked meal without too much work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I bought a month ago and have used it twice. Any time the crockpot is on high the lid rattles from conversation not being able to escape. Also, I left on high and ran an errand and so much condensation was tripped that it started running out of the crockpot and down the counter. The lid really needs a bent hole.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 10/10 I would so recommend it came right on time for this weekend since it was football Sunday and we did something at my house and it warmed the cheese nice and fast I would recommend and it is in my perfect color red. It is super easy to use I would recommend to use crockpot linters so you won’t dirty the crockpot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for setting and forgetting! This crockpot is great. I love the preset heat/times on it, they are super easy to use. The automatic warm feature is super convenient and keeps my food warm and ready for me. With I lots of space. The burgundy color is nice and looks great on the counter! Can't wait to try more recipes with this slow cooker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect crockpot. Normal lid type it doesn’t lock. I love this! It’s huge it does not fit in my cupboards but I made room on the counter for it. It has 3 settings. I am making chili with it right now. It comes out for easy cleaning. I do wish its lid would stay on somehow much other than that it’s perfect. I would also like a smaller version of this.

Please remember that these are all approximate temperatures and they can vary depending on what you are cooking.

The unit can also boil on High and Low. We do recommend that you always fill your slow cooker 1/2 - 3/4 of the way full, including at least one cup of liquid or sauce.
