Hey there! Thanks for reaching out to us. We will be more than happy to answer your question. Cooking time cannot be set on this manual slow cooker and it does not shut off automatically. Once you turn the slow cooker on, it stays on until you shut it off. This product is manually operated with a control knob and must be manually switched to Warm or Off when cooking is completed. Using the slow cooker outside of the US and Canada will void the warranty. No transformers, converters or adapters should be used.
