Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not made like they use to be. Do not recommend. This was a Christmas present from my husband. I’ve only used this a couple of times and the pot bursted when I was cooking chicken. Juice spilled out all over my counter. I’ve used crock pots my whole life and so has every generation before me in my family since crock pots first came out. Never in the life of me, my mom, or my grandma has a crock pot ever bursted like this! Very dangerous and got shards of ceramic all in my locally farm-raised, organic, free-range soy-free and corn-free chicken that I had to throw away that cost $30 and I don’t remember how much the crock pot cost my husband because I’m sure he threw away the receipt, but I imagine it was probably about $60-80 when he bought it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from L cracked on second use I bought this crockpot a few months ago, the first attempt went great, love the color. However, I just used it the second time and the crock cracked leaving stew all over my kitchen counter. Very disappointed.
