Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad I ordered it. I used it for the first time today and I absolutely love it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective/cannot get through to company It seemed to be of cheap construction so I didn’t use it for a while after purchasing. When washing the crock I noticed a huge defect in the bottom that was glazed over during manufacturing. I couldn’t risk using it. I’ve tried numerous times to call and could not get through. The email form would not allow me to complete. So disappointing since my old crock pot was great. I doubt if I will be buying anything else from this company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not again. My husband bought in a pinch during our move in July as my old was still packed away. We we’re having a ton of ppl over for our sons birthday and was trying to do a roast. At the time I couldn’t figure out , Bc I was so busy trying to get the house in order and prepare for company, why in the world it kept boiling over and I had a constant mess with it all over my counter and even spilling onto my floor! Grease and water everywhere! Thank god for my sister being in town and helping me clean up the overwhelming mess! At that point, we had to set it in the sink, keep refilling and hope for the best! Now a cpl months later, I’ve decided to give it a try again and I can see the problem. The lid does not fit! There’s no seal and though the diameter fits, the sides are gapped and the lid rocks back and forth. Much easier to notice now when it’s not covered in a boiling mess

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracked on 3rd use. I bought this on Amazon last year used it 3 times and just now it cracked while cooking a pork loin. The Crack was low about 1.5 inches from bottom. I saw where someone has a similar Crack ( photo) on red 8 quart version. Would yall want to send me a replacement ceramic liner? I would be afraid to purchase your brand again. I have a 10 year old 10 quart GE that I've never had a problem with.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love it but.... I was really excited about the Crockpot It worked great, but one day the pot juts cracked while cooking, I heard a big noise, and later there was a big mess under the crockpot. Now I am raping the pot in alumni foil but It does not do the work as it did before

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cracked Liner I received this crockpot as a gift. I cooked chicken breasts in the crockpot. When I went to clean up there was a mess after taking out the liner & I didn’t understand why. While washing the liner, I found a crack that spidered into a few directions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing I've only used my pot A couple of times. After the last use the inside bottom and sides is all white and hazy. It's not food - running your hand over it's smooth. Poor quality product - I expected better

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Multi-purpose Slow Cooker It's a simple use cookware product. I use frequently and for a variety of meals. The clean up is most important to me. It's a large unit so make sure you have space for it, whether countertop or storage.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Had to upgrade because 6qt was too small We are a family of 5. 3 very sport active boys (6,10,14) and a BoyMom and BoyDad. So there is no lack of eating in our house. The local grocery store manager always greets us like a high roller at a casino. Except the house never loses in this situation. However, I digress. We have used Crock-Pots for years. A few times I'd move over to the digital one only to be disappointed and have to go back to my 20 year old standard Knob (The old standby). The boys have gotten older, us as parents got sucked into the volunteering of Wrestling, Football, Baseball, Cross Country, etc. etc. The 6qt wasn't holding out anymore. It will get filled to the brim with some splash over in order to feed our offspring that act like we never feed them. Enter the 8qt. It was what I expected Yes it does hold more food. It also works good as a warmer for when you need to bring food to events or keep it on standby if it finishes early. Cons- 1. If you normally cook food and have room in your 6qt. Do not get this. It will cook the food faster as it is designed to cook 6-8qts of food. 2. It would be nice if it at the clamps for the lid. That option isn't available as I cook and travel for my boys sporting events and I volunteer to bring food.
