Care & Maintenance

ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Plugged the new one in on high and came back after an hour and it was not cooking everything was cold. Kicked it to low and it worked. I have tried all low, high and warm. Low is the only one that works. So, disappointed. Just a waste of money. Tried to go to the website to contact us and it asked me for my model number and the model number is not on there list.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kodypf from Be warned -Unsafe Purchased this 7 quart manual crockpot and was so surprised that the heavy oval crockpot has only three short feet on the underside of this unit. The photos of this crockpot is deceiving because it shows two short feet on the front side but the back has only one! The unit is quite heavy when empty and the unit wobbled from upper left and upper right when empty, can you imagine what will happen when you add 7 quarts of ingredients that will be very hot with liquid and this crockpot wobbles and spills out on your counter? This construction flaw is extremely dangerous for anyone that will be using this crockpot during stirring and serving at your table. Be very careful, cautious and think twice about purchasing this very unsteady crockpot. I’m returning mine because it’s NOT SAFE! I’ve had numerous Crockpots but this one has very poor safety issues. Beware before you buy this one.

After taking it out of the box and washing it I put the crock in the base but it doesn’t fit correctly. It wobbles back and forth. I tried turning it around and got the same result our old one fit snug in the base . Seems like the heat would go right out around the pot

I have 3 other crockpots that the lids fit very well and have no gaps at all. One of them even has a rubber seal on the lid. How do I get a proper fitting lid?
