Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty. See Instruction Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn’t last long! I loved it while it lasted. Quit heating after about 1 1/2 year. Would expect this brand to have a better quality product. Very disappointed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Flawed Crockpot - developed cracks I’ve owned this crock pot for just over a year (can’t find my receipt), and it just developed hairline cracks in the crock so had to throw it away since it leaked through to the metal shell. It’s great because it’s a 7 quart - perfect for lots of people or when making soups.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Returning it today. I got the 7 quart Crockpot for Christmas 2023. Got it out of the box to cook with it 01-24. Plugged it in and a horrible smell started coming from the unit, and a pop.. noise . Shut it off immediately. Also the ceramic insert is warped and wobbles on the countertop doesn’t set right inside the housing also. We have a 30 year old Crockpot brand at the Camp and still works. What happened Crockpot?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A reliable kitchen staple My CrockPot is at least 15 years old. Always reliable and used often. My crock cracked and I will not hesitate to purchase another as this pot has served us well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It does great, even if it wont hold 7 quarts. It is a great simple crock pot that at around $30 from my local Walmart fit the bill for the periodic potlucks my development group at the office holds. Now here's the thing that really bugs me, and why it only got 4 stars.... I noticed that when I re-scaled a recipe up to an 18 quart semi-pro cooker, it barely filled it, causing me to decide to make some dipstick measurements, and noticed something startling. At 5.6 quarts, it was filled up to the rim that supports the lid. As an engineering type, I'm left shaking my head and muttering to my self "Well that figures". For everyone's benefit here are my depth measurements vs quarts: 1 quart: 21mm or 13/16" 2 quarts: 42mm 1 5/8" 3 quarts: 61mm or 2 3/8" 4 quarts: 81mm or 3 2/16" 5 quarts: 98 mm or 3 7/8" And 5.6 quarts kisses the lid rim at 109 mm or 4 1/4" deep.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cheap-but works Worked well but the build quality was pretty bad even for the cheap price for example the knob for temperature selection is made of plastic and melted meaning it is forever stuck on high. Cleaning is easy like most crock pots it is just a removable ceramic liner. works well and has decent capacity if you just need a cheap crock pot would suggest but if you want it to last I suggest finding one with better build quality that won't melt after about 20 uses

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Instruction manual NOT included!!! This is my first crock pot. I just bought it. I don't understand why a hot oval-shaped pot is given only 3 legs to stand on- it is not incredibly stable. My main issue with it is that there was NO instruction manual included!!!! AND the QR code that is supposed to take you to their site said "page not found/no longer available", so I had to manually go to their website and hunt for the specific crockpot I bought and finally found it online. This manual is IMPORTANT! It has a tremendous amount of info in it NOT INCLUDED in the dinky 2 page leaflet that comes in the package. This manual that I had to hunt for online told me the important stuff like make sure you keep the crockpot at least half-full but never more than 3/4 full and that 1 hour on high is equivalent to 1.5 to 2 hours on low, and put your vegetables in first before the meat, and this online manual also had several good easy recipes in it! This manual needs to be included in the packaging!!!! This is something that I'm going to have to refer back to in the future as I continue to use the crockpot which means I'm going to have to hunt for the manual online every time I need to refer to it!!! That is very irritating! You'd think if I'm paying the money for something like that that it would have the instructions included! I plan on cooking something in the crock pot tomorrow- we'll see how it goes after I've now found the instructions online.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from So I purchased this basic model of the crockpot not too long ago and I’ve used it maybe about a handful of times because I don’t really have much that I like to make in a crockpot. Anyway, I wish I would have gotten a better model because I feel like this one isn’t the best. It was on clearance so I can’t really complain and I have gotten my moneys worth from the item , but I do wish I would have gotten a way better one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worked well for a while! worked well for about 2 years, but then some parts started rattling inside. then the lid handle would never stay tight and finally came off. the cooker was then out of warranty and no handle parts were available for a new handle. We still have another/slightly smaller Crock-Pot from the 80's made in the USA and it still works well. What happened? Going to try Hamilton Beach. Ba By

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another kitchen favorite I have several crockpots in bating sizes, including one that has three small pots in one (great for parties!) we use them a lot, we make meats, stew, and especially soups in our crockpot(s). It’s so easy and convenient to put it all in in the morning and have dinner ready at the end of the day! Especially great oh hot days, so we don’t heat the house more with the oven or stove!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never Received It I was suppose to receive this product to review but I never received it. I got an emailed that the campaign was cancelles. I asked Influenster at least 10 times to remove this from my dashboard as of the date of this review it still sat there 4 months overdue so I'm I'm giving it 1 star because I'm annoyed with the entire situation and to get it off my dashboard.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Simple cooking I like the Crock-Pot with the turn knob because it’s really easy to use and not complicated at all. I just set it and forget it, and the food always turns out good. There aren’t any fancy features, but that’s kind of the point. It’s simple, reliable, and great for everyday meals.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Heartbroken and extremely sad I loved this Crock-Pot but it seems like it's made out of some cheap material. I placed a ham in the Crock-Pot and the. Bottom made a loud pop noise I look in the Crock-Pot and seen the that the bottom of the Crock-Pot had popped out and cracked up like heartbroken and crying
