Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great. So temper control is easy plain as simple very durable mean you can cook anything in this so it’s very versatile very easy to clean even though I use a crockpot bag I still clean mine crockpot capacity is good perfect for I would say for our family at six. The only thing I did not like is there is no spot to tie up or the cord. It’s just hanging loose.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after 18 months I had a crock pot for about 20 years which I used weekly. Although it was still working, I decided to update my model and get the 7 quart stainless steel one. I regret it because the new one stopped working after 18 months. I'm hesitant about purchasing another one because based on my experience the quality of the product is not what it used to be.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crock-pot lid shattered on first use I received this Crock-pot as a gift for Christmas. The very first time I used it, I tried to slow cook a whole chicken on low to make chicken and noodles. When I came home from work, the lid had completely shattered into a million tiny pieces into my chicken. Not only did I have nothing else prepared for dinner but now I have a useless crock-pot.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow I’m so happy to know that I’ll receive this Crock-Pot slow cooker because I know this is good. We have one a month before I received this so we already tried it and we love it. It’s a good size. Works exactly as expected. And it is easy to clean. I received this product for free from Influenster and Crock-Pot in return of my honest review.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Doesn’t heat I bought this in December. Tried to make chuck roast twice a both times turned out very tough after 6 hours on high. Tried to use again last week to bring chili to (already cooked on stove) an event. It was on high for 4 hours and never warmed the chili. Not sure if I have a defective one. Never had any issues with previous crockpots.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Nice Slow Cooker I received the Crock-Pot Manuel 7-Quart Slow Cooker, Stainless Steal from influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. The first thing I noticed was the stainless steal finish of the Crock Pot. It blends well with the large stainless appliances in my kitchen. While using, this sleek looking crock pot looks nice sitting on the counter or left on the counter at all times. This slow cooker is wonderful for slow cooking soups or for cooking an entire meal. The removable stoneware crock is so versatile. It can be used in the slow cooker, in the oven or the microwave. There are so many wonderful, tasty all in one dinner recipes on many of the social media outlets. You can safely turn the slow cooker to low, leave for work and return to a fabulous meal. Clean up is a breeze! Both the lid and removable stoneware crock are dishwasher safe! I do recommend this slow cooker to others. Rush out and get yours, find a great slow cooker recipe and get started today!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only holds 5 1/2 quarts!!!! I purchased this Crock-Pot because I have a six quart one and I wanted something a little bit bigger. When I opened it up and poured the liquid in it it only held five and a half quarts! This is false advertising how in the world am I supposed to fit seven quarts into something that only holds five and a half quarts? Do not buy!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We love our crockpot! We have had this crockpot for a few years now and we love it! We use it for roasts, stews, soups, dips, all sorts of things. Its a great size and so easy to clean and store! I know there are other more advanced pots with more features but this has really done a great job for everything we have wanted to make! #CrockPotContest

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love using my crackpot! I found my new best friend in the kitchen. This crackpot is very useful. You can cook pretty much everything in it. I actually use this when I am making beef shank soup. It is very early and time-consuming to use. I use this to make pork ribs BBQ within 6 hours. You have your pork ribs ready. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crockpot never disappoints! I love crockpot brand so I was excited to review this item! The 7 quart is large for my family of 4 but will work great for hosting events and having guests! I did make a Mississippi roast in it which turned out great! I did knock off one star because I did request the mussel grey color and received a color that was blue.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Convenient I love this crockpot so much. I usually get so busy that i don’t have the time to cook or keep checking, so this slow cooker is so easy i just put everything in and it cooks slowly preparing my meal right on time. It even has a temperature setting to keep your meal warm during serving time. Very effective and efficient.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cooks to Hot ON 10hr setting aka LOW I had the older version of this with the heavy thick lid. Well I chipped the lid and instead of trying to find a replacement I went a head and bought the same model ( yes I pulled the model # off the product) because I did like the idea of a not so heavy lid. I make very few things in my crock pot. Ever since I got the Update version it has always burned my chicken and Noodles despite being on low. Is is literally BOILING a few hours into cooking. How does a LOW setting equal to BOILING?? I’m deeply disturbed that I let my older version go!!! I want it back so bad!!! I’m tired of my food burning at the end!!! The other issue is that you cannot select Warm on this digital version, it just defaults to it after the timed hours have elapsed. I feel like that is another huge fail. I want to know what the specific degree settings are for each option 4, 6, 8, 10 hrs on the updated version versus the older version. Please give more specifics as I now need a new crock pot!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Way too hot. I received this as a gift and prepared the food as directed. During the cooking process I accidentally brushed up against the stainless steel exterior burning myself. The exterior is way too hot and dangerous. One would think that there would be some type of insulation between the stoneware pot and the exterior walls.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from All over value. I bought two, since I couldn't find just a lid and I use my 7 qt all the time and I planned to give the second as a gift. When I opened the first one, the lid fell out and shattered when it hit my tile floor. So disappointed that it was not packaged more carefully. Other than that, I really like the crock pot

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love love love I really love this slow cooker, it really help my life a lot. I use it to cook porridge for my toddler, and keep the food warm. This is dishwasher safe with glass lid, so I can check on the food easily and just toss it into the dishwasher after all. Thanks influenster that gave me a chance to try new products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Decent Crockpot It was lacking all the bells and whistles that our regular crockpot has, but it was still effective in cooking our food. I was disappointed how easily damaged the outside shell got in shipping. It arrived with a huge dent, but it still worked fine! I received this for free in exchange for my honest review.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT! I’ve already used this crockpot no less than five times. I’ve gone through two other crockpots by other brands within the last year that did not cook my food fully and the appliances were just terrible. The original crockpot brand is the best when it comes to the crockpots, I would never buy another brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I absolutely love this crockpot! It's a cute lil cooker. It's the absolute perfect size for different sauces, side dishes, veggies, and I recently used it for chocolate dipping some pretzels. It made a great taco soup for lunch. Whether you have only 1 or 2 or 20 people in your house, this is perfect 👍🏻

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice large size I was unable to test this product as it was damaged during shipping and ended up with a huge dent and would not turn on. But from what I could see, I would have liked it. It is big enough to cook a huge pot of stew or soup. You could probably even fit a whole chicken inside. It looked easy to use too.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Insert doesn’t fit. I just pulled mine out of the box to wash and ready to prep dinner. The insert does not fit! It reaches the edges in length but not the width. Don’t even eat to try turning it on so I don’t void the warranty. Feels wasteful. The pot doesn’t event feel as heavy as they use to be.
