Care & Maintenance
    • ALWAYS turn your unit off, unplug it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot.
Warranty
1 Year Limited Warranty. See Instruction Manual for Additional Details.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from So I purchased this basic model of the crockpot not too long ago and I’ve used it maybe about a handful of times because I don’t really have much that I like to make in a crockpot. Anyway, I wish I would have gotten a better model because I feel like this one isn’t the best. It was on clearance so I can’t really complain and I have gotten my moneys worth from the item , but I do wish I would have gotten a way better one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Returning it today. I got the 7 quart Crockpot for Christmas 2023. Got it out of the box to cook with it 01-24. Plugged it in and a horrible smell started coming from the unit, and a pop.. noise . Shut it off immediately. Also the ceramic insert is warped and wobbles on the countertop doesn’t set right inside the housing also. We have a 30 year old Crockpot brand at the Camp and still works. What happened Crockpot?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Heartbroken and extremely sad I loved this Crock-Pot but it seems like it's made out of some cheap material. I placed a ham in the Crock-Pot and the. Bottom made a loud pop noise I look in the Crock-Pot and seen the that the bottom of the Crock-Pot had popped out and cracked up like heartbroken and crying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I really like and recommend using a crockpot as often as possible because you can get it ready the night before and pull it out of your refrigerator and start it and you have dinner when you come home

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great size The 7 quart is a great size. I have a big family and need a lot of space to make dinner. Even heating and works perfectly every time. The ceramic insert is easy to clean and nothing sticks to it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Instruction manual NOT included!!! This is my first crock pot. I just bought it. I don't understand why a hot oval-shaped pot is given only 3 legs to stand on- it is not incredibly stable. My main issue with it is that there was NO instruction manual included!!!! AND the QR code that is supposed to take you to their site said "page not found/no longer available", so I had to manually go to their website and hunt for the specific crockpot I bought and finally found it online. This manual is IMPORTANT! It has a tremendous amount of info in it NOT INCLUDED in the dinky 2 page leaflet that comes in the package. This manual that I had to hunt for online told me the important stuff like make sure you keep the crockpot at least half-full but never more than 3/4 full and that 1 hour on high is equivalent to 1.5 to 2 hours on low, and put your vegetables in first before the meat, and this online manual also had several good easy recipes in it! This manual needs to be included in the packaging!!!! This is something that I'm going to have to refer back to in the future as I continue to use the crockpot which means I'm going to have to hunt for the manual online every time I need to refer to it!!! That is very irritating! You'd think if I'm paying the money for something like that that it would have the instructions included! I plan on cooking something in the crock pot tomorrow- we'll see how it goes after I've now found the instructions online.
