However, it allows you to set cook times from 30 minutes to 20 hours, and it automatically switches to a &quot;Warm&quot; mode once the cooking time is complete. This helps keep your food at the right serving temperature without overcooking. Please note that the unit will switch automatically to the warm feature after cooking; however, the entire product will not turn off automatically. If you would like to turn off your unit, you need to do it manually, even if the unit is on the keep warm feature. We do not recommend using the WARM setting for more than 4 hours. Hello! The maximum cook time is 30 hours in the Sous Vide mode. The Slow Cook mode is limited to 12 hours, as it is not recommended to exceed this time with no temperature probe.
