Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sous Vide made simple and delicious! It’s a home run every time! So simple and straightforward to use, looks good on the counter and has options to slow cook or sous vide. I was a bit nervous about the latter and have to say, cooking in that style comes out perfect! For years I’ve gone to restaurants and experienced Sous Vide preparation wishing I could have more access or options than going to a fine dining restaurant(which is fun but not multiple times each week) or trying to do it myself with the massive options that were available to buy. We are so happy there’s a solution! And one that isn’t overly complicated!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great features I got this product over a month ago and I am so glad that I did. I have had various crock pots in my lifetime but nothing like this one. This one has so many different and great features that I just absolutely love it. I have already cooked a roast with potatoes and carrots and all the trimmings and the last at about 7 hours and it came just out perfect. The meat was so tender. I also have cooked pinto beans in it and I left them overnight and they were just delicious. If you are looking for a similar product to this one, I highly recommend this one. It is really a great product

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb meals made at home Wow, my weekday dinners definitely got an upgrade with this slow cooker. This machine is an all around winner and needs to be a staple on all kitchens; move over old single function slow cooker! The sous vide feature is a game changer and cooking delicious food fast and with such precision is incredible. Set up was easy with the included instructions, and it even came with a recipe book. I’ve already made 2 of those meals and I’m just blown away with the simplicity in making amazing. food with the slow cooker. The included temp gauge is an awesome addition, and leaves no room for doubt about food temp accuracy. I love looking forward to cooking dinner with this slow cooker for dinner, such joy it’s brought me!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful so far! My fiancée and I were both really looking forward to using this slow cooker when we first received it. This time of year (late September) we start to make more comfort food, such as roasts and stews and soups and casseroles. We've had a lot of fun experimenting with new and different recipes while using the sous vide feature. Absolutely delicious! Our latest is a chicken tikka masala that came our more tender and flavorful than I've ever had. Cleanup is easy and the instructions and digital display help to make everything user friendly. We're really looking forward to finding more new recipes and the delicious meals to come. It matches the kitchen well and looks great on the counter between uses. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Upgraded featurea This review is for the Crock-Pot 6qt Programmable Slow Cooker with Sous Vide. I had an older version before with basic features and this is a nice upgrade to it. Works well like my old one with the exception of a few upgrades, I like the warm function that will keep foods warm after done cooking. The thermometer is a nice feature. I’ve only tried the slow cooker for pulled pork recipes and it is fall of the bone delicious without a lot of effort. This is a big 7 quart container. It’s a good size for small parties, the interlocking lid makes it’s easy to travel.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from More then just your average crockpot Of course I've have or used crockpots before but, it was the "sous vide" aspect that I was really looking forward to using. My first use of this item I used it as a regular crockpot on pot roast. As I expected it came out beautifully. My second attempt at using this item I used the sous vide feature. I used it for some chicken. This was my first foray using a sous vide and I couldn't have been happier. The chicken was cooked perfectly, it was juicy and flavorful. I love that this crockpot is able to do multiple things. I also like the locking lid that was a nice bonus. This looks like it is very well made and yet not heavy at the same time. I do wish the crockpot was deeper and could hole more other than that it works great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from As Awesome as it Sounds! I had no idea there was such a thing and the fact that two of my favorite kitchen gadgets have been combined into one is the greatest! I gave away my old crockpot and only use this one! I love that I can cook the most tender meats with all that flavor along with all the other items I want! The way this brings out the flavor is 5 stars alone! This is my new favorite kitchen gadget and everyone who’s been over when I’m cooking with it now wants one. I e had so much experimenting with new recipes and new ways of cooking old recipes. I’m obsessed!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not up to normal caliber Okay, most of my grievances are all aesthetic, not functional. When I got this, it looked used or almost like a fake. There were fingerprints along the lid. The control panel is literally a little crooked - it was installed crooked. There was a scuff on the front of the slow cooker and looked like there was some grease or something on the inside. I cleaned it up and have tried it and have been fairly satisfied, but haven’t tried the sous vide function yet. I like that it is large and overall aesthetically pleasing. Works well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love all-in-one appliances! This Crockpot is the best thing to come around in quite a while! I have always wanted to try sous vide cooking, but didn't want to buy yet another machine that would take up a lot of room on my ever reducing counter space. This item has changed how we cook yet again. We tried some salmon in a marinade, and cooked according to directions. It came out flavorful all the way through, tender and completely cooked. The crockpot part is so convenient with the timer attached. The fact that we can lock the cover on is the best. No more spilling while on the way to bringing food to any upcoming holiday meal events! I sold my older Crockpot (the one with no time and spotty heating). I appreciate the larger handles, too. Overall, a wonderful improvement on a classic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Impressed I am very impressed with this Slow Cooker Sous Vide SS 7QT machine. It's very simple to use, holds a lot of food and clean up is really quick and easy. I like that you can either set the hours or set the temperature to use the thermometer that comes with it. But, this not only slow cooks, it's also a sous vide machine, and comes with a recipe book, as well as sous vide bags to get you started. The lid comes with locking handles, which makes it great for travel. This is a great product that will get used over and over again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Slow Cooker Sous Vide SS 7 QT I have to say I am very impressed with my new Stainless Steel Slow Cooker Sous Vide 7 QT. I have made 3 meals so far, and it's a learning experience for sure. It's a bit different from a regular crock pot. Mainly cooking in water bath. Sous Vide means under vacuum. Placing ingredients in an airtight container or bag. Then dropping into a temperature controlled water bath. You're meals will come out moist and flavorful. Thex best ideas to completely understand this way of cooking is to do research on it. I give it an A+

It also comes with slow cooker bags to put on the inside so you can cook your meals on the inside of a bag. Also has a temperature probe that goes into meets and food through the top with the digital readout on the front of the crockpot easy to use very easy to clean up nice carrying handles and a locking top to help prevent spills, if traveling in a vehicle all in all, I gave this new crockpot five stars

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Features!! I was so excited to try my new Crockpot sous vide slow cooker. The first thing I noticed was the sleek design and how surprisingly light it was. The 7 qt pot gives me plenty of space to work with and allows the meats to cook evenly and properly. The temperature probe allows me to keep an eye on how accurately the food cooking. Best of all, when the meal is finished cooking the lid can lock in place and I can easily transport the entire pot with confidence. I love it and cannot wait to experiment with my recipes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cooks Perfect I received my Sous Vide 7 qt slow cooker and was so impressed by the nice SS Design with the lock lid and temperature prong. The digital buttons are very easy to use for your desired cooking and when it’s done it keeps your food warm which is very nice. I never used a cooker like this but the directions were very easy when using your cooking bags and meat gage. I seasoned up my chicken and put it in the baggies sent with the cooker and put the thermometer in the meat and submerged them and cooked my chicken to perfection! I also got a recipe for some macaroni and cheese and made that for my family and they loved it! It kept my food nice and warm and it was very easy to clean up! I would definitely recommend this to anyone that want a easy flavorable way to cook your meals.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good appliance to try sous vide I recently tried the Crockpot - slow cook with sous vide, and I'm impressed! It's incredibly easy to clean with every parts can be removed to clean, making meal prep a breeze. The straightforward design makes it user-friendly, although the lid locking mechanism feels a bit old-fashioned, it's still easy to open and close. Plus, the included recipe book and 5 sous vide bags were a great help to get me started on my sous vide cooking journey. Highly recommended for those looking to elevate their culinary skills!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So many great features. Gives a high quality feel with the stainless steel and digital panel. Love being able to program it to cook a set amount of time in case I lose track of time or forget about it. The warming function is really nice too. Keeps the food at a nice temp without it over cooking it. The lid might be my favorite part. It has a rubber seal all around it, and it locks securely on top. You can travel with this safely, and no spilling! Having the plug in thermometer is very helpful for checking the doneness of a roast or whatever meat you’re cooking. Nice large pot to make a good sized roast and veggies. Being able to wash the pot and lid in the dishwasher was a nice bonus. Also came with soups vide bags and recipes. Looking forward to trying them this winter. Really nice kitchen appliance!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this slow cooker! We LOVE THIS 7 QT SLOW COOKER with SOUS VIDE!! Sous vide is cooking vacuum sealed food (in the sealed bag) and cooking it in a precisely timed and regulated water bath. This low-temperature, long-time cooking method worked PERFECT for my self-butchered and vacuum sealed venison roast. The meat was so tender and juicy - it was amazing. My wife also made her famous chili in it and it came out great as well. This slow cooker is nice looking and so easy to clean - we will be getting good use out of this!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sous Vide option is great! This is a nice slow cooker. It's well made and easy to use. It works as well as my previous slow cooker, but has some nice additions to it. I really like the temperature probe, and the sous vide is a nice addition as well. My husband has been experimenting with this feature as it’s what caught his eye. He has perfected pork chops and every weekend picks something new to use the sous vide option. It's easy to clean, and I like that the pot and lid can go in the dishwasher. It’s well made and works well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loving it so far Loving this new crock pot for fall. My family uses our crock pot about every week in the fall and winter and this one has been great so far. Took a little getting used to as my old one was simply a knob with low, high, and warm settings. The temperature probe is a game changer as it's hard to get roasts to the exact temp without overcooking. Now I don't even have to worry about it. If you're looking for a new crock pot definitely give this one a shot. My old one is long gone now.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely one of the best I absolutely love this slow cooker. You definitely can set it and forget it. Has many different temperature settings, is actually quite bigger than most slow cookers more oblong and has a clip top which I absolutely love. Really keeps the heat in. Super easy to clean but does take quite a bit of space storing wise. I keep mine on top of my cabinets and fits perfectly on top. Excellent quality and perfect meals every time. Another great feature it comes with a meat/temp thermometer

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works Great This SLOW COOKER SOUS VIDE SS 7QT works great!! It has some really good extra features that you do not typically see on standard Crockpots. I really love that it is programmable and the removable temperature probe is great!! I really wanted to love the cook & carry locking lid but the latches are a bit flimsy and I am afraid that they may not be enough to keep the lid securely on while carrying it. The ability to throw the stoneware and lid in the dishwasher is just fantastic!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great slow cooker - ok sous vide Packaging is always the first thing I notice in a product. This slower cooker is packaged well & the box it comes in is quite nice looking. I first tried this as a regular slow cooker and was pleased with the performance. It works like most Crock Pot brand slow cookers and maybe even a step up. The food was prepared just right and I was pleased. As for the sous vide option, it is ok for a novice sous vide cooker, which I certainly am. I don’t have a lot of experience with it but thought this was ok. It eventually did the job but isn’t extremely advanced in the way of sous vide cooking which I’ve done a lot of reading about. If you are just getting started with sous vide, I don’t think you’d be disappointed in this cooker. If you are advanced, it’s probably not for you. Overall, a good slow cooker by a trusted brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So efficient and easy to use!! We love the sous vide function, mostly we wanted to be able to make soups, broths, and stock with the sous vide function.. We’ve used it for approximately two weeks , several times a week, and it works great. This device works perfectly. Just put your meat in a sealed bag, make sure it is sealed, or simply put the top of the bag between the pot and the cover, and you are good to go. We’ve used the slow cook as well and it works as intended. Highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the XXL 7 quart size! This slow cooker with soups vide is an awesome addition to my kitchen arsenal! I absolutely love the built in thermometer, the convenient locking lid for travel, and the huge 7 quart capacity. I used to have to use two crockpot to make a enough food for my family and some for leftovers. This eliminates that need and saves on space and electricity! Thanks for a great product… it is very sleek and versatile. It will come with us on our camping trips too!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sous Vide Slow Cooker This slow cooker Sous Vide Crockpot allows for many options with its temperature sensor. The construction of the slow cooker is large and strong with the exception of the cover handles which are a bit awkward and flimsy. Sous Vide cooking is a nice added feature however you will need plenty of time to pre-heat the unit to the temperature needed for cooking. We were cooking corn on the cob sous vide and it took over 1 and 1/2 hours to pre-heat to the temperature. Needless to say, this is a problem when you are trying to prepare dinner with all of that wait time. Normal crock pot slow cooker meals come out perfect and the front display is clear and large enough to see from a distance. The shape and size of the cooker is great for larger roasts that normally would be a tight fit. Racks of ribs fit nicely in the cooker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So easy and delicious! I can’t get over how easy and delicious the Sous Vide meals come out on this amazing slow cooker! The easy to use temperature and cook time controls take the guess work away! I appreciate the removable stone crock that’s perfectly dishwasher safe along with locking lid that makes traveling with a full crockpot of chili a breeze without worrying about spills! This is an absolute must have now in our kitchen! It makes sous vide cooking a breeze!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Honestly I love this slow cooker. Coming from a non-slow cooker home, I feel like it takes the ease of cooking meats or meals for you and keeps them hot! It is perfect for a long work day, and you can program it for when you come home and you have a hot cooked meal to make it easier on you. Cleaning wise = awesome. I have never tried doing the "sous vide" option yet, but I got to learn. It's a first time for everything, but I am happy as it is.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cooks great I have recently gotten to try this crockpot and sous vide. I love the versatility of this product. It comes with the bags for the sous vide mode included. And to have two cooking instruments in one is a bonus. And the sous vide makes the food so tender and delicious. I am very happy that I can make healthy dishes at minimum effort. I can't wait to try more recipes with new gadget of mine. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Slow Cooker The crockpot slow cooker 7quart with the sous vide is nice. I made pork chops sous vide and they were good. It does take a long time for the water to preheat to the desired temperature and you still need to sear the meat after. Both of those things are the reason I probably will not be using the slow cooker for sous vide but I do like the size of the crockpot, the locking lid and that the cooking area is removable for cleaning.

Please remember that these are all approximate temperatures and they can vary depending on what you are cooking.

The unit can also boil on High and Low. We do recommend that you always fill your slow cooker 1/2 - 3/4 of the way full, including at least one cup of liquid or sauce. You may have to adjust your cook times accordingly, especially if you are using older slow cooker recipes, or adapting regular recipes for slow cooker use. This will prevent the food from drying out and burning.

If you have any more questions or concerns, please reach out to us via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat. We will be more than happy to answer your question!

We regularly employ rigorous third-party testing to ensure that our Slow Cookers meet or exceed all applicable laws, regulations and industry standards, including those related to lead content. Our Slow Cookers are safe 100% to use.

The glaze of our ceramic pots is a silicate made of quartz, feldspar and clay. The glaze is covered over the pot, fired at high temperature to melt the glaze and then cooled down. The glaze liquid is then turned into coating the same as glass film on the surface of the pot. This does not contain PTFE & PFOA. The FDA specifies allowable amounts of lead, cadmium and other substances.
All the glazes that we use meet or exceed FDA requirements.

For any further information, we encourage you to please reach out to us via https://www.crock-pot.com/support/contact-us or through LiveChat.
