Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unPower Cord it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot. To clean the Temperature Probe, use a damp cloth and warm, soapy water. Make sure to dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the Temperature Probe in water.

a slow cooker with lots of features!
This 7 Quart Crockpot Slow Cooker with Sous vide is a feature-packed slow cooker. our main complaint is that the cord is very short. I read lots of reviews that the lid doesn't seal well, but it seemed to seal well for us. Other than that, it has all the typical Crock Pot features.

Great combination!
Why didn’t somebody think of this before? This appliance is great because it performs two functions. Not only is it a traditional slow cooker, but it also adds the ability to sous vide. This saves storage space and makes this product a winner. I highly recommend this product.

Excellent Quality
I love the SOUS VIDE SS 7QT Crockpot-Slow Cooker. It slow cooks perfectly and in the correct amount of time recommended for recipes. I do feel the warm selection keeps the food a little bit too warm, as it was still bubbling on warm. Other than that, it is a great crockpot.

I love how versatile this slow cooker is. I’ve already used it for both slow cooking and sous vide to great effect. The sous vide setup is basically foolproof and you don’t have to worry about evaporation or keeping your bags in the water, which is great. Highly recommend

Awesome Slow Cooker
It's a little on the fancy side compared to my old slow cooker. It works really well though. I've cooked stew and a few other dishes with it. I haven't ran into any issues with food getting cooked to the inside walls or anything like that. Overall I have no complaints.

Excellent Product!
I decided to prepare chili now that Fall has arrived. This slow cooker is attractive and colorful. The cooking dish has a large capacity, it also came with a temperature probe. I appreciate that the bowl can easily be removed for cleaning. It looks good and cook well!

I got to have in my kitchen. I love crockpots. This one has a thermometer that you can check the inner temp of your food with. The whole thing is very easy to use and easy to clean. I’m not disappointed at all. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

The perfect cooking tool
This is the best multi-use cooker I have ever used. We used it as a crock pot to make chili that came out perfectly. I used it as a sous vide to make pork tenderloin that turned out so flavorful and tender. The clean-up is easy and using it is a breeze.

Love this crockpot
Really nice crockpot that has been perfect for those days where you just don’t have time to cook a proper meal. We throw good into the slow cooker and let it cook all day so it’s ready for dinner. The lid has a nice suction fit and is really nice.

A great crockpot!
I got this thinking that the sous vide feature would be awesome to try. Well, I still haven't tried the sous vide feature. I have cooked a number of dishes in it and used it for a potluck. The lock on lid is great for when you need to move your dish from one location to another. The lid has holes in it to allow the use of the probe for both the sous vide function and when you are slow cooking something like a roast. It heats reasonably fast, it keeps temperature well, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use with its built in timer.
I have to say, though, that my favorite feature is the bowl you cook in. It's a super easy to clean stoneware. I forgot about the pot after using it and the food had hardened on and I thought it was going to be a bear to clean, but it was still super easy to clean. I'm really impressed by that. It seems like it should be a small thing, but it really makes this nicer to use.
It's a really great crock pot and the sous vide function is a nice bonus, but so far I've just enjoyed using this as a slow cooker!

This is going to be a lot of fun to use. Have already used the soups vide function to make some pork chops, they came out so juicy, which is nearly impossible to do with pork these days. Am looking forward to using the probe, great idea!

Sous vide is my favorite style of cooking for steaks. They turn out always perfect. Medium well, or medium rare or medium! You always get it right! With just a little bit of finishing on a cast iron and compete with the best chefs.

This slow cooker sous vide works great. It's perfect for a busy family to make great meals with. However, with its large size, it does make it a bit hard to wash in a regular sized sink but that is to be expected.

This was my first experience with a sous vide, and it was enjoyable. I liked having a thermometer for meat to make sure my food was cooked correctly. Another thing I enjoyed was the fast and easy cleanup.

A game changer for busy lives
This crockpot has become a major player in my kitchen. This crockpot is a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their at home-cooking skills. The crock pot works perfectly, it's getting cold and I had a taste for beef stew. I figured that would be a great way to see how the crock pot would perform and the food cooked PERFECTLY. The stoneware liner is easy to clean and food is NOT sticking to the sides or bottom. Warmer feature is super and it does not appear to be too hot. It's become such a lifesaver for those of us that have busy lives and busy work days. I have not had a chance to use the sous vide feature yet but I'm super excited to learn new and exciting recipes to cook with it. Another thing I love about this crock pot is, it has clasps to hold the lid closed so that you can take food to other locations without worrying about it spilling in transport. The stoneware liner is easy to clean and food is NOT sticking to the sides or bottom. Unique & User-friendly!
I have thoroughly enjoyed using my Crockpot- Slow Cooker Sous Vide appliance! Of course the product is very sturdy and reliable which comes with the Crockpot name and it will last you many years. I found that the instructions for the sous vide setting were very clear and the appliance itself is very user friendly. I had never used a sous vide appliance before so this was my first experience. The product comes with small bags but what I had in mind was a larger beef stew thus I purchased food-safe vacuum bags to cook them in. I noticed that it took a while to get the temperature up to where I wanted it to be which is the only "con" of the product (but then again, this is a slow cooker.) In order to combat the rather sluggish incrementing temperature, I boiled some water and then added that to the Crockpot as it would not begin cooking until it reaches the temperature that the user has pre-set. All in all, I am very pleased with the end result. I do believe that the closed cooking method under longer times and lower temperature imparted a deeper herbal flavor into my stew. I would 100% recommend this appliance to those looking for a little something different to add to their kitchen!

Large capacity and easy to use
This slow cooker with sous vide is a nice modern update to the traditional slow cooker that didn't have temperature monitoring or advanced controls. The digital menu is easy to read and also easy and straightforward to use. The temperature probe lets you get your proteins or other ingredients to your desired final temperature. This ensures a final dish cooked to your preference for doneness. I enjoy my beef cooked to medium rare and this cooker let me hit that without overcooking. Easy to reproduce, just right results! I think the temperature probe is a game changer in the world of slow cookers and I wouldn't go back to one without it.
The 7 quart capacity is a good size that let's you prepare dishes for a typical sized family without being too large or bulky. The locking lid is a great feature that allows you to transport it easier without making a mess. The lid doesn't sit that snuggly when it's not locked in with the latches though. The base unit itself is light which speaks to how small and compact modern electronics are, and the pot itself is hefty and holds heat well. Spend the time to experiment and find the right recipes for this device and it'll greatly simplify your weeknight meals and prep with great results.

Unsafe & Unreliable Temp Settings: Hot/Hotter/Char
Purchased this back in November 2023 to replace an older 6qt Crockpot that served us well for many years.
After several uses, I can honestly say that I do not trust the safety of it nor trust it wouldn't ruin my food without constant supervision, which ruins one of the main purposes of a slow cooker. This Crockpot doesn't know the meaning of "low heat". The warm setting simmers, the low setting boils then burns your food, and the high setting is a guaranteed to char whatever is touching the surface. It especially does not do well with meals that don't completely fill it up, and even then the higher than desired temps it cooks at (no matter the setting) put your food at risk of being cooked too fast and burning it. My old 6qt Crockpot worked great whether it was partially filled or full (it also had settings to choose if you were cooking at 2, 4, 6 quarts).
The only good things this Crockpot has going for it is it being a stoneware insert, lockable lid, and an ability to program cook times. But all of that goes out the window if it can't safely and reliably cook your food without burning it or putting your house at risk. There have been several other reviews out there with similar experiences and concerns. I would avoid this model at all costs!

Best Slow Cooker Sous Vide Combo!
This Crockpot Slow Cooker Sous Vide machine is a thing of beauty, it not only looks amazing, but functions like a dream! We love the convenience of slow cooking and sous viding so this is perfect for us.
Using the slow cooker is a simple as putting in food, hitting a few buttons, and walking away! It’s a fantastic way to cook as it returns your minimal investment of time with a deliciously cooked meal!
It’s perfect for preparing large volumes of food for your family or even events! We love to make roasts and pulled pork/chicken, and so far, it has not disappointed! Food comes out perfectly tender and juicy, and cleanup is a breeze!
The other feature that I love about this cooker is the ability to sous vide which is one of my favorite ways to cook steak. It’s literally impossible to mess up steak when using sous vide method, doesn’t matter if you want medium, medium well, rare, or mid-rare, just adjust the temperature and let the Slow Cooker Sous Vide do its thing.
My only wish is that the exterior wouldn’t get so hot, however I suppose this isn’t any different from other slow cookers. If Crockpot could find a way to design one with more exterior insulation to prevent accidental scalding, it would certainly be a grand slam! Either way, we are supremely happy with our Slow Cooker Sous Vide!

This is a rare gem that somehow manages to elevate your cooking while simultaneously simplifying the process. The addition of the sous vide function to the crock pot is an upgrade. I've always enjoyed the ability to use a slow cooker to prepare meals (and keep them warm) while I'm going about my day. If you, like me, already use a crock pot and have things cooking for a protracted period, sous vide is a natural transition. The one caveat is that while spacious for a slow cooker, this product is not sized to prepare the same amount of food when employing the sous vide. That said, the feature is not without merit resulting in meat consistently cooked to your specifications. Once the process is complete, all you have to do is sear off the meat and trust me, the result is delicious, tender goodness.
Thanks to a foolproof display, use is intuitive. Aided greatly by the inclusion of a removable thermometer that is inserted via the lid to monitor progress, cooking has never been more convenient. Once ready, the lid locks for mess free transport . If that wasn't enough, cleaning is a breeze as both the lid and insert are dishwasher safe. While this isn't helpful for those who want to throw a meal together in ten minutes, from beginning to end, it is a lifesaver for those of us that want quality meals without the time commitment.
