Care & Maintenance
- ALWAYS turn your unit off, unPower Cord it from the electrical outlet, and allow it to cool before cleaning. Dishwasher safe parts can be washed in the dishwasher or with hot, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaning compounds or scouring pads. A cloth, sponge, or rubber spatula will usually remove residue. To remove water spots and other stains, use a non-abrasive cleaner or vinegar. As with any fine ceramic, the stoneware and lid will not withstand sudden temperature changes. Do not wash the stoneware or lid with cold water when they are hot. To clean the Temperature Probe, use a damp cloth and warm, soapy water. Make sure to dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the Temperature Probe in water.

Nice Slow Cooker
The crockpot slow cooker 7quart with the sous vide is nice. I made pork chops sous vide and they were good. It does take a long time for the water to preheat to the desired temperature and you still need to sear the meat after. Both of those things are the reason I probably will not be using the slow cooker for sous vide but I do like the size of the crockpot, the locking lid and that the cooking area is removable for cleaning.

My new favorite
Got this not to long ago and it’s great, plug it in find your settings and let it cook, it’s simple to use and not confusing, it comes with a sous vide thermometer to make sure everything is a good temperature, it also comes with 6 sous vide resealable bags, the container where you put your food is very heavy and is not for someone who doesn’t do a lot of heavy lifting so please be careful if you buy this product.

Come through crockpot
This crock pot was amazing. I decided to cook some meat in it, and it came out perfectly. The sous vide option is great. The next day I decided to cook some chicken and let it use the sous vide and it was perfect. I just love this. 7 quarts is big enough to feed my whole family. I love the electronic display. It’s easy to use and understand it has an interlocking lid. The base slides out for easy cleaning.

Great product!
With the water taking so long to get up to temperature it's best to just boil the water first. But overall if you want some super delicious food this crockpot will definitely do the job.
I have cooked frozen chicken, and beef and I have not had any issues with the taste nor burning anything. Easy use and it is pretty durable.
Overall it's a great cooker it does everything you need it to do.

Amazing! Buy it!
So I am extremely in love with my Crock Pot! It was REALLY easy to set up and understand. I opened it, rinsed it out and started making dinner with it! And the best part is, our dinner came from a recipe that was in the included recipe book! On high 5~ hours for fast pulled pork sandwiches that were so delicious! It was easy to set the timer and temp, and it was also easy to clean out. I love it!

It's good but could be better
I got this slow cooker to try out and review and it is just OK. The features and functions of it are nice and work, but it's missing a couple things that could make it better.
The lid latches and locks closed and in place but then when unlocked the metal wire clasps and the locks just flop around. When opening the cooker and holding the lid to the side vertically so moisture drips back into the cooker the locking latches just dangle there and then you have to grab them and get them out of the way to place the lid back onto the cooker.
The temperature controls when using as a slow cooker only has a low / high setting plus a keep warm. The low cooker is actually more of a medium level heat so it would be nice to have a true low/medium/high like some other cookers.
The sous option works, but a traditional sous vide cooker with circulating water works better and produces better results.

The Best!
This is one of the best slow cooker I’ve ever used!! I am a busy mom so sometimes I don’t have time to cook but with this I just dump it the ingredients, lock it lid, turn it on and by the time I’m done with errands and picking up my child , dinner is done. This was my first time using the sous vide method and I made the best steak ever!! I do wish the cord was longer but I will recommend

The first time using my new Slow Cooker Sous Vide was a success. The chicken I cooked in it turned out nice and tender and flavorful. I haven't tried all the features on this slow cooker yet. It's pretty awesome that it has a thermometer that you put right into the meat so that it gets done to the exact temperature it's supposed to be. That way you know that your food is cooked perfectly.

The Sous Vide is perfect!
Very clear instructions included with temperature gauge (which plugs into the front panel and is inserted through a hole in the top of the lid), plastic bags, and a recipe book. Everything you need to give sous vide a try. The push button controls on the digital panel are user-friendly and simple to understand. There are options for sous vide, slow cooking, and keeping warm, as well as time cook, with a digital timer.
When I opened the box, the look of the cooker was perfect. It is fully functional and I would recommend it for its versatility and ease of use. I am new to sous vide cooking so I wanted to try this function first.
This is the only cooker I have been using these days and have cooked innumerable dishes using all its functionalities. We try to eat healthy in our household and the sous vide along with the temperature probe helps us attain it. Further, the sous vide method of slow cooking allows the food we cook to retain much of its original flavor and texture, which is absolutely essential to make the table attractive.
The sous vide method cooks by heating the food at a constant temperature until it is cooked through. This method of cooking takes longer but is extremely useful for cooking food that might otherwise be very over-done especially when cooking our beef. Since this method of cooking is so different from conventional methods initially I needed.
Using the temperature Probe is so easy with this Slow Cooker. I just set the Set to the desired meat temperature and it gives me the tastiest and juiciest meat as ever and it automatically shifts to keep warm when temperature is reached. I can set the cooking time and program it and it automatically shifts to keep warm when time is up. In addition, I can select high, low, or keep warm without even setting a time. The Sous Vide gently brings foods to a precise temperature in a warm water bath using the probe.
The advanced capabilities of this slow cooker make the investment worthwhile. I am very happy

Makes Sous Vide cooking so easy!
I truly love this slow cooker with sous vide, it is so easy to use and makes cooking a breeze. I have never tried to sous vide and thought it is too complicated. I thought that you need many different tools to be able to keep the right temperature and that it takes a very long time. Now I am so glad I got this slow cooker because sous vide cooked meat is so much more delicious. The crockpot came with a cute little cookbook that includes many recipes you can easily follow. It also includes the temperature probe and five sous vide plastic bags so that you are ready to cook your first meal right away. I tried the turkey breast roast and the balsamic glazed pork chops and my family loved it. No leftovers because my kids and husband asked for more! I also used the crockpot for a standard slow cooker recipe and it came out perfect. I am honestly not the best cook but using this slow cooker makes it quick and easy.

Crockpot with Sous Vide
I was excited to try the Sous Vide style of cooking. I made the rosemary and thyme chicken. The prep with the bags was easy to do the day before or morning of. You must plan ahead because the Sous Vide cooking takes 1 hour to preheat. The chicken was tender and moist when it was finished. Plus it was a great recipe. The appliance was easy to use and beeps when it is ready.

1. Easy to use. Instruction manual has a great explanation if you haven't used a slow cooker before
2. The temperature probe is very convenient.
3. Sous vide is a plus. I will recommend trying it out if you haven't already.

1. It is almost a foot and a half in diameter. So you need good counter space.

Excellent crockpot
I absolutely love Al the features this crockpot has to offer. It is nice to be able to have access to a thermometer to see the temp of the food your cooking to not over cook it. I love the sous vide option as well it is nice to have an appliance that has a sous vide capability. All the meals I have made have turned out excellent and I will use this crockpot a lot.

Love it!
The Crockpot Sous Vide Slow Cooker has become one of my favorite kitchen appliances! I have never done sous vide before this so I was very excited to try. For starters, I love the look of the appliance: it is so sleek and modern looking and it looks great on my counter. I love that I can slow cook, and sous vide really makes such flavorful, tender meat. I also love that this comes with a temperature probe as well so I can ensure that I am cooking my meat to the exact doneness I want it to! Sous vide is made so easy with this, as it comes with plenty of bags too! All you need to do is put the food into the bags and pop it into the slow cooker, insert the temp probe into the water and select your time, temp, and preferred doneness and it cooks the food so beautifully! My boyfriend and I have been trying to eat at home more to save money and we've been making lots of sous vide and slow-cooker meals with this, saving us a ton!

Slow Cooker with Sous Vide Option
I am impressed with this crockpot. I was extremely intrigued by the Sous Vide Option so I had to try it. I was at first a bit nervous and intimated to try but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I made steak with the sous vide option. It was delicious. I have also made pulled pork with the regular slow cooker option and it came out perfect as well.

Terrible sous vide feature
Received this as a gift, was very excited to try the sous vide feature. What a letdown! Attempted to make the maple glazed carrots, preheated for over 1 1/2 hours, (even added more boiling water) and still could never get the water above 152°. Useless. As a regular crock pot works about as well as most of them, just don't get excited about the sous vide.

Easier than I thought
I will admit that I was intimidated, having never used a Sous Vide before. We used it to cook some Omaha steaks with the reverse sear method, and they turned out steakhouse quality! now that I’m warmed up, I’m gonna try beef short ribs next. I haven’t tried the crockpot function, but I’m sure there are no surprises there. I’ve always trusted this brand!

I love this slow cooker so much! I have always trusted the Crockpot brand and this product does not disappoint. Not only does it look beautiful on my countertop, but it cooks food wonderfully. I love that I can quickly assemble a meal during my lunch break, and have it ready for dinner. The meat always comes out so tender. I love cooking with it!

This Crockpot brand crockpot, slow cooker and sous vide really does do it all. I needed a new crockpot and since this one does multiple things I thought I would try it and I'm glad I did, works great as a crockpot and slow cooker but the sous vide is a game changer, the food is cooked to perfection and is moist and full of flavor!! Amazing!!!

Great all in one kitchen must have!
I got this because I have 2 stick sous vides that need a separate water pot or tub every time I use them. So far used this for a steak & salmon & both came out great. Easy to use for me because I already have sous vide experience & it’s nice to be able to use just the crockpot to cook multiple ways since I hate having a ton of appliances out.

Works great!
I tried the Sous Vide option in this new crock pot and it works amazingly well. I cooked steaks in it and they were perfect! It did take about half an hour to heat up, which seems like a long time but I can just use that as prep time next time I use it. All in all, this is a perfect 2-in-1 appliance and I will be using it a lot in the future!

Awesome slow cooker with sous vide option!
Let me start off by saying that Crockpot is by far the best brand name when it comes to slow cookers. You know you are getting something safe and reliable that will work for many many years. I know people with crockpot devices that are very old and still work with zero issues.
This slow cooker is amazing! It has an extended oval shape to give users lots of room to cook all your crock pot meals. The front panel is easy to read and easy to set as well. It is sturdy and the top glass has an excellent locking mechanism...especially useful when using it for Sous Vide.
The Sous Vide option is great! It comes with a few bags to cook whatever you're looking for and the included thermometer that goes through the glass can keep the water at the correct temperature to ensure a perfect meal. If you've never attempted sous vide before this is the device to do it with. Super easy and super tasty!
I highly recommend this slower cooker with sous vide!

Great multi use Crockpot
I enjoy cooking with my new Crockpot Slow Cooker with Sous Vide. It's my first experience using the Sous Vide cooking technique. The Sous Vide technique takes some planning and a little more time compared to some other cooking methods. It has been fun to learn, is more unique and the results amazing though. On my first attempt with the Sous Vide, I used Kelly's rosemary garlic ribeye steaks recipe (printed on the Crockpot box and in the included recipe guide) and my family was blown away. The steaks were so tender and the flavor exceptional! Overall, Crockpot's Slow Cooker with Sous Vide has been easy to use and it's decently made. The plastic locking levers on the lid seem lighter weight than other slow cookers I've owned, but are working fine (lid doesn't need a lot of pressure to seal). The Crockpot has three different settings: Sous Vide, slow cook, keep warm, timer and temperature settings. I definitely will continue to make the recipes included too.

Convenient
He came right on time as my niece was leaving to go to a Dollar and I was able to give it to her for her to use. The color is nice and sleet in it sits right into her small kitchen and her new apartment. It also is perfect for her to put a timer while she goes out to school and study and then come back and her meals already.

This is such a great slow cooker with sous vide! This crockpot has a modern vibe to it and easy to use . It’s just the right size to feed my family on busy days. Great appliance
Sous vide is such an easy way to get tender perfectly cooked meat every time. I gave used this a few time for prime rib roasts, in the oven I always tend to over or under cook but with sous vide you get the perfect temperature internally every time. Such an easy way to cook things an walk away with no hassle.

Okay Slow Cooker
I have mixed feelings about this product. As a slow cooker, it works well with one exception - I could not get the temperature probe to work. I have tried quite few times and continue getting the "Prob" error. This is somewhat problematic as this error leads to the slow cooker turning itself off and if you are not nearby, it may not cook for quite a while until you notice. Without the probe it actually cooks quite well but that really defeats the purpose of this product vs. a cheap manual crockpot that you can get for a fraction of the cost. I have not tried out the sous vide part but given my concern about the probe working, I am not optimistic and without a water circulator, I can't see this thing really doing a great job with even temperatures. Given my concerns regarding the probe and how that limits the functionality, I cannot say that I highly recommend this product. However, it's possible that the issue was user error given other people having success with this product.

Best Crockpot on the market!
This Crockpot is absolutely fantastic! We’ve had cheaper and less “sturdy” crocks that we always thought did the job, but I was seriously blown away at how much of a difference this made in the use of making meals in the crock (every other day now!).
I think the biggest thing that I use is the thermometer that’s present and included with the unit, I find myself using it mostly to monitor temperatures for meats over time, such as pork tenderloins and chicken breasts, really cool feature that definitely sticks out to me, as it makes getting stuff together and calculating timings much easier.
The “sous vide” mode is also awesome to use, I’ve only attempted cooking with it once, but my steak turned out great after letting it cook and giving it an outside sear.
I haven’t found any flaws, it’s pretty in line with other crockpots, except this one is definitely a lot more premium feeling.
Big fan of how this slow cooker came out, will definitely be in use for a long time to come!

great crockpot,its worth it!
Its cold weather so it means a crockpot season! and I got finally the best crockpot. Its 7 QT perfect for my family of 4 and some left overs, its easy to manage i love the locking lid feature which is very convenient when you are not home. its a great product and good quality! higy recommended!!
