Only had it 1 week and we've found 3 major flaws. 1st. seal is VERY THIN. cannot get a good seal. Because 2 ..the locking handles do not lock down tight. I found out about no. 2 because my cat can unlatch and take off the lid.

The control panel would not light up. Did all the troubleshooting with no luck and of course the warranty has expired. Very disappointed!

I got my new one and tried to use it several times, but each time it would begin to smell like wiring or electrical burning. I ended up having to return this one.

I loved that the top securely closed so if you were traveling with your food you didn’t have to worry about the lid sliding around. It performed so well! I think I had it for 13 years before I finally had to replace it. Definitely worth the price!

So beyond disappointed with the quality of this and how cheap it is made. The unit no longer heats up and I had to throw away my whole meal.

I like the fact that it is black. ( old one was white ) same size as my old one but it had a great sealed cover. Old one did not have that.

I have always purchased Crockpot brand crockpots and have three different sizes at all times. I have had them stop working in the past but never this quickly and have never had a crock break.

Removed the chili, scraped the sides , cleaned it all up, and tried to salvage the chili. This time, I put it on “keep warm” and in less than 2 hours later it started to burn again!!! 🤬

It worked well a few times until the crock fractured, rendering the unit useless. Since we were just out of warranty, I am afraid that we are now out-of-luck. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this model.

On low overnight, it reached 205 F also. On warm it varied between 176 and 201 F. That doesn't seem right to me. Should I return it?

I've been trying to find a replacement insert for months and no luck. Really bummed, we use a crock pot all winter long, cold days hot and ready meals. But not any more :(

I have only had it less than 2 years. I have had others that I had over 10 years and never once did the ceramic bowl crack.
