Rated 2 out of 5 by lenaonthebeach from Too Many Bad Experiences The big pros with this unit are the size, the touch pad and ability to program it for cooking while we’re at work. The cons are heavily outweighing those pros at this point. I’m on our 3rd or 4th version of the unit, all getting replaced due to random cracking in the crock, with no replacement stoneware available for purchase. We are on our 3rd use of the most recent full unit replacement and noticed some weird burning on the outside of the stoneware. Upon further inspection, we found a series of spiderweb cracking throughout the whole bottom of the stoneware. Owning this unit has become more hassle than it’s worth. We will be looking to replace with an alternate brand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by AlexRN from Disappointed This was my absolute favorite crockpot - I love the touchscreen and the ease of use. The stoneware cracked after less than a year of use - very out of the blue, and I cannot find a replacement insert anywhere! I am so disappointed. This rating would be much higher if this was a product for which you could buy replacement parts when needed.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Cnort from Cracked pot Got it as a wedding present. Love it except got a crack in the pot and no replacement parts. Read other reviews and saw others developed cracked pots as well. Wish I could get a new pot instead of buying my wife a new one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Bopper from Terrible I was not happy the way this crock pot cooked. I had an older one and the digital display was going bad so I ordered this one as a replacement because I thought my old one was on it's way out! My pork roast came out dry and tough, plus I didn't get the "mmmm" cooking smell like my old one did either. The crock didn't fit properly, it sat crooked in the pot. I had it set on low but the broth never even had a slight boil to it like my old one. I am very disappointed. Crock Pot did send me a replacement but it is the same way. I contacted them and now I am waiting on them to see what they are going to do about this. Hopefully they will send me a different model that works! I do not recommend this slow cooker! Worst one I ever owned! May have to look at another brands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Ginger283 from Replacement parts out of stock for months I've enjoyed this slow cooker for some time, but am dismayed to find that the company has stopped making replacement parts. The stoneware liner and lids have been out of stock for months, per other reviews and no longer appear on the Crock-Pot website at all. When I contacted customer service, I was told to check other retailers, none of whom carry replacement parts. I wish they'd be transparent that they've discontinued the replacement parts instead of replying with scripted messages that contain no real information.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Ditka85 from Dead after less than 20 uses We have owned this model for 5 years and only use around 3-4 times a year. I went to make soup today and the digital timer would not function. It displayed 00:00 but could not time up or down. I payed extra because of the great reviews but am disappointed for the failure with such little use
