Rated 1 out of 5 by TaraK73 from Cooks too hot! Another reviewer, TreboR said it all. I also purchased this in the past few months, on a great sale and just recently used it for the first time. For years, I make pan fried pierogies in onion butter sauce all the time and add them to a "warm" setting crockpot and transport them to events. I never changed my recipe or way of doing anything I normally did not do with other crockpots in the past. So last week I broke out this crockpot, made my pierogies stove top , added it to the crockpot cooked and set it on "Warm" setting only and in 2 hours flat my pierogies were hard, crunchy and burned up. Never had that issue with any crockpot before this one. This type of crockpot maybe should be advertised differently...like, if you live in the Arctic and want to keep a dish warm while holding an Arctic potluck outdoors, this crockpot is for you. Maybe someone who is traveling or camping and wants to cook a hot meal before they leave the house, they can place it in this crockpot and it will stay hot/warm without even plugging it in and eat out of it hot while stopping on the road? I have no idea. Very disappointed in product for sure. I think this is getting sold on Facebook Marketplace, sorry.

Rated 1 out of 5 by treboR from Not what I was expecting I purchased this on 11/2019. I have made several different dishes and I am disappointed at the way the product cooks. Warm cooks like it is on high. Low cooks like it is on med-high, and I do not use the high setting. I bought this to start a dinner in the morning, leave it and have the food ready to to eat hours later. I am not able to with this product, it cooks way to fast. So, now I have a product that takes up space and it not used anymore.

Rated 2 out of 5 by MeredithSC from Timer doesn’t count down. I just bought one brand new off of amazon. I’ve used it twice. It cooks as expected on high. But, the timer doesn’t count down. I’ve read the manual and I set the heat setting and then the time and it just doesn’t work. I don’t know. Sometimes it will count down a few minutes and then quit. Therefore, it won’t switch to warm when finished and I can’t cook a meal while at work, which is what I intended to use it for.

Rated 2 out of 5 by JeffM from It burns everything you put in it. High boils food, fine Low also boils food. There is -no way- you can use this for a day long slow cook. That's how my Christmas went, logs of dry and boiled solid pork and pineapple taffy.

Rated 2 out of 5 by cblue218 from Cooks Too Hot! There seems to be no difference in temperature from high to low to warm. Cooks a roast in 4 hours. If cooking on low then switching to warm the temperature stays the same. Stays at a hard simmer. No good.
