Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just keeps on going! Must be around 2008 that we bought this slow cooker and it has been a dependable and well used utensil in our kitchen since. Great for chili, soups, sauces, chickens, hams, stews or whatever. This slow cooker has been a worthy purchase to our family.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor performance The heat selector (Low, High, Warm) doesn't work properly. There is no difference between the 3 settings, same boiling rate on all 3 settings. Also disappointed with the poor quality of the electrical cord - very thin and very stiff. Expected much better quality from Crock Pot.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good slow cooker, poor ceramic insert. I have owned this model for several years and only used it three times. I actually like that it cooks at a slightly higher temperature than the older models. The issue that I have is that the insert has discolored and is showing signs of cracking. I have always filled it 3/4 full of liquid and only set it on low. The insert seems to be porous and poorly glazed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My stoneware cracked while cooking. Bought a pair of this one less than a year ago at costco since we are a big family, ive had it for like 7months tops. I slow cook beef tri tip for the family once a month, shreeded beef also one a month and beans 3 times a month , and thats about all the action one gets ,the other is unboxed but like new ,only used once ...what is your suggestion for episodes like this. I honestly did not expect the ceramic to crack

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not turnoff. Used this crock pot maybe seven times. Panel went all zeros and then went blank after most recent use. Will not turn on. Assuming it fried. Junk.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Cooked okay, but the lid on this model is not a tight fit. During the cooking process the lid jumps and spits all over the countertop and floor. Makes an overall mess of the kitchen. Wish I had my old crockpot back.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not happy I bought this about two years ago. Used it once, brought it out today for cheesy potatoes. I cooked in oven then put in the crock pot put it on the stay warm. Setting stored ever hour. And they burned the potatoes were so hot people were burning there mouth kinda ruined Easter. Not happy. Bought a SEC PVPIOSA MODEL. About 7 months ago and this won't even cook the food. I had a roast in it it was on for 8 hours most potatoes all still hard yes it was on. So I'm really not happy with the crock pot brand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lid handle broke and liner cracked Shortly after I got this, the cheap plastic handle on the lid broke. The metal for the screws holding the handle to the glass lid had become stripped bc the screws were too short and made of some soft bendy metal. Well, no biggie — I used a pair of tongs to remove the lid as needed. Never mind that the lid would occasionally fall into the crockpot... Then, I noticed that there were cracks developing in my stoneware — all on the outside thought, so I thought, that’s gotta be part of the product and it’s normal. Never mind that every time I used the crockpot, there’d be some dried liquid staining the inside of the crockpot (outside the liner). Then, I kept hearing pops when I used the crockpot — I thought that was the food settling. Nope, I was wrong. The crockpot liner had completely cracked, and all the liquid from the inside was dribbling through. Whelp, that was the last straw. I had accommodated the terrible quality of this product each step of the way, and it finally beat me! Now, the crockpot sits, devoid of liner, this wasted appliance on my countertop taking up valuable space. I’m torn between just recycling the thing or working out the math to see if I should buy a replacement liner (and still live with the lid issue). Still on the fence about it... But, buyer beware! This is a poorly made product, and you should know what to expect if you buy it!
